@@JA-bj9tz EXACTLY and I remember her talking to Kelly Clarkson I think. She was saying that journalists were asked not to mention her pregnancy and rather stick to questions about the movie. Which is why she did what she did. This was a clear paparazzi type move. And its bringing negative publicity to an EXCEPTIONALLY IMPORTANT subject. This release is in poor taste and class

Colleen seems to have sided with Blake though, given the unfollow and refusal to mention him... I guess given Blake's profile, she jumped on that gravy train rather than back a relatively unknown director. But then again, we have no idea exactly what happened on set... Brandon Sklenar has hinted at tension but we may never know. The cast refuse to mention Justin and other than Hasan Minhaj, have all unfollowed him. I certainly have been disappointed by the majority of this press tour and while I don't like people trying to pick out every little thing Blake has ever said or done in the past or spreading rumors as fact, there is also a lot of legitimate criticism of her approach to this film. The press tour seemed like a real missed opportunity to have an important discussion on DV and it's complexities and the multitudes survivors hold. They could have promoted charities and held roundtables with advocates and survivors. Again though, not to excuse her behaviour but maybe there's more to this that we don't know.

You’re judging her on just one interview? I believe she did a phenomenal job. As a fellow woman, avoid being so quick to tear down another’s work. Can’t discriminate someone just because they seemingly had a great life. Schadenfreude dripping everywhere, you’re happy to see someone else suffer. Look in the mirror. Why so much resentment toward an actor? She did her job well

I swear ! Something is pretty off putting about how she sort of doesn't acknowledge how trauma really does change you. And you can't just say oh I choose to not be defined by this and change... like that's not how mental health works. And you can tell, that she has some people trying and writing speeches for her but her cluelessness keeps shining through !!

Exactly. Her answers are ‘Lily’s been through trauma BUT’ there shouldn’t be a BUT. It sounds so negative. Trauma defines you and it’s perfectly fine, no need to hide the darkness and reality of the situation. I wish people would just let survivors be survivors. No need to hide behind flowers and jokes.

I feel like people who struggle with trauma or mental health know at some point you are so low you don’t have a choice to take charge of your life. You are just surviving and surrendering to it. If everyone could magically not let it define them life would be a lot easier for a lot of people. It’s a fantasy. And also an unrealistic expectation that again drags people who are struggling down.

@@MessagesFromAurora its sad yeah. Its weird cuz back in the day I felt something *off* about ryan reynolds but couldnt place it. Just like he seemed sort of a bully but then played it off as a joke. Its something my abusive mom does. So I thought maybe I just was biased. And people became big fans of his and he seemed very funny and made people laugh, including me, so I got charmed as well. Now I'm feeling like hm. Maybe I should trust my gut more often! lol

I doubt she had to fight for attention, her siblings are waaaay older than her (Eric is the closest one in age to her and he’s 6 years older than her). It’s probably more like that she was the baby and was doted on by everyone and now she hates not being the one in the spotlight.

It's 1 second. ONE. SECOND. The camera switches to her for one second before back to the interviewer and nothing even happened. She was smiling before and after that second. Nothing happened except her giving the interviewer her attention. And that's enough to assume she's getting nervous??????

In ALL of her interviews about this movie she seems so out of touch with the character, obnoxious and air headed even. She knows ZERO about domestic abuse (thank God for her) and that's why it's so hard for her to relate to the character. Don't bring her husband Ryan on this when this is a problem on HER snobby personality.

I’m happy for her that she hasn’t experienced abuse. No woman should. 😊this way one can know for a fact that not “everyone” is out there accepting that kind of treatment or staying in those type of relationships the way some ppls brains might try to normalize abnormal abusive behaviors. 🎉
