After watching a zillion true crime cases I can assure you people, he did not commit this brutal crime! It was too personal for it to be BK. It had to be someone else a lot more comfortable with the house and also connected to the victims. There are many other people who it could have been. LE needs to start looking into the other people immediately once BK is cleared due to insufficient evidence and no connection at all to the house nor any of the people.

The only people who kill for no reason a crazy people and serial killers. Maybe it wasn't just him. In the movie scream there was more than one killer.
The people who say this usually have a ridiculous theory that a 100 pound roommate did it and never left any evidence on their phone or anywhere else. And, of course, there’s also no reason in that scenario. There’s no reason anyone would do it so it would be impossible to find someone who had a reason to do it
When a crime is solved correctly, it is very simple. What makes this seem complex and complicated, is that people are combining false news reports, true facts, and fiction from the internet. That makes a giant mess.
@@JeffSherlock I think this whole thing is a source of entertainment to people. How come the cop who pulled Bryan over on his way to his parents house in Pennsylvania didn't see blood in his car!. He'd Harley let him go if he did see blood. People not familiar with the case or can’t hear well the prosecutor himself said that he did not stalk the house, look it up his name is Bill Thompson. I can’t believe they are still saying this knowing it’s not factual, damn
Bill Thompson said he was not stalking the house or victims because he cannot prove the legal definition of stalking. But he never said that Bryan was not watching those girls and/or that house for weeks before he killed them!
Stalking has a very specific legal definition. The victim(s) must be aware of the actions a person is taking in order for it to constitute stalking. He could still have been watching the house and/or victim(s) without their knowledge. So no stalking is correct, but it doesn't mean he wasn't watching.

Because the Feds. They arrested Xana’s mother and Maddie’s stepmother. Both snitched on the Aryan Brotherhood leading to multiple significant arrests. This was retaliation
I can’t count how many times I’ve seen this comment. It’s you who are slumbering. According to Idaho law, stalking requires that those being stalked be aware of the situation. In this case, the one(s) being stalked-iMO, Maddie and perhaps Kaylee-didn’t know what BK was up to, which was illegal surveillance, what Peeping Tom’s do to gaze upon their targets with lust and to learn their habits. BK was creeping and peeping, probably drooling at the luscious fruit he could never get to even date, let alone to f**k. How do you pro-burghers explain the 12 times his phone pinged off the nearest cell tower to the house, all but one late a night? What was he doing in the Moscow area so many times at night? Shopping? Show us at least one receipt. Dining out? Again how about a receipt or a witness? Was no one else in the restaurant? How about the server? Wake up! You don’t have a clue! 😎😎😎
The prosecutor never said there was no connection. The defense team said that, the prosecutor did say no stalking. The gag order was put into place long before the investigation was wrapped up. They haven't even hit the entire discovery dead line.
@nikkibobby17 if you follow the court proceedings you learn a lot of things which cast enormous doubt on the states case. These guys aren't following it closely at all and are speculating on things that have already been demonstrated to be false
Thompson only said that because he cannot prove stalking by its legal definition. It does not mean that BK was not doing surveillance on those girls on the regular!

Can somebody please inform Harvey & Ashleigh that neither law enforcement nor the prosecution (or any other official) has ever said that Bryan went to the house numerous times and just watched. The PCA simply states that his phone pinged off the same tower that the house uses 12 times. Cell towers have a range of up to 45 miles, and Bryan only lived 10 miles from 1122 King Rd. The PCA even states that at the time of one of the pings, police do not believe he was in Moscow. That just proves that his phone can ping off that tower when he is not in the area. Not sure why they would include that in their own PCA. Kind of stupid.
Such an important point. All of the pings were from when Kobgerger was in Pullman. The Wawawai Park, is some 25 miles or more to the West of Pullman, not the east. These TV boneheads just do not get that.
@JeffSherlock well, we don't know where he was when his phone pinged off that tower, but this stalking narrative has to be put to an end. There is no proof of it, and Bill Thompson (the prosecutor) said in court that Bryan was NOT stalking them. We do know that he was in Moscow for other things, such as the pool party he attended. I'm sure his phone pinged off that tower then.
@loislane9826 Kaylee's dad said Bryan's phone "touched their wifi." We don't know exactly what he meant. Was he just referring to the phone pings? Maybe confused on what a ping was? Or is there something else. We have no idea at this point. And, even if his phone did try to connect to the wifi in the house, that does not prove he committed m*rder.
Confirmation bias isn’t a good look. No connection, nothing in his car or office or apartment. Not stalking out of the mouth of Bill Thompson. Sy Ray’s expert opinion. Touch DNA on a moveable object. Justice for these victims is not the firing squad for a defendant with this much reasonable doubt.
Same car as his on victim’s street, DNA on part of weapon left at house, cell phone pings going to and from Moscow, Bryan admitting that he wasn’t home at 4:00am that Sunday, Dylan’s description of a tall but athletically lean male, Bryan wearing latex gloves out and about afterwards, and much more evidence to come. Allegedly proof of Bryan purchasing the weapon that was used etc etc.
Also Sy was paid for his “expert opinion”. There’s a division of the FBI dedicated to cellular analysis that disagrees and they have no reason to be biased like Sy does.

Sadly the way courts are conducted does not allow such out bursts with out repercussions. Courts will not tolerate the person being accused , nor the public attending in the gallery, to speak out. So if BK were to shout out his innocence, would be counter productive. So why when he did profess his innocence, at his arrest, do you not believe him then? When arrested he said, he was eager to get back to Moscow to be cleared of such charges. The very reason why he signed the extradition papers right away. Was to clear himself right from the start. Why did Dylan and Bethany take 8+ HOURS to eventually call 911 from a house drenched in blood everywhere, a house that smelt of death and blood and bodies? Experts got the car year wrong, Experts say that the cell data that is present does not necessarily put him in the area, if there was a clear phot /video of the car we would have had him right away because the plates were PA plates. and only a back plate. there are plenty of other people who had more motive than BK did.

I think he's killed people before; they just haven't definitively discovered which cold cases he's tied to. But someone in his physical condition - and with that kind of knife (which was originally designed as a military knife for the express purpose of killing people rapidly and QUIETLY) - could definitely commit this kind of crime. He allegedly used to go hunting and fishing with his father (for all his OCD virtue signaling about vegetarianism) - and he once had a job gutting fish. I'm sure they hired him, too, because he had some hunting/fishing/knife experience, to begin with. "Weird?" Well, sure it's "weird" - not to mention, horrific. But you know the phrase and the song about how much can happen in "a NY minute" ?? And crime victims who survive will tell you how quickly everything happened "all of a sudden." You cannot look at this through the mindset of a normal person. Whoever did this (I believe it's the accused) - got a perverse predatory thrill out of the high risk of the situation - things like criss-crossing with the door dash, or Xana being awake on the 2nd floor, while he slipped upstairs to the third floor, first -- this was part of the sadistic and arrogant enjoyment of "the hunt," so to speak, is my guess, as far as his psychology is concerned. He may also be schizoid - and perhaps committed these crimes in a highly depersonalized state of mind.
I disagree with Mr. Levin 1) we don't know that he never committed other crimes 2) IMO this was about long held rage and EGO. There may be evidence to that end,but the Prosecutors have been veery careful not to accuse the defendant of any crime which he has not been charged or convicted. Also, it’s not weird that Bryan was able to take down a larger person like Ethan: Bryan had a big knife and, based on his training, knew how to use it.
And he could of surprised Ethan. Also, Ethan had lived an idealic childhood/ he never contemplated fighting off a knife while relaxing with his girlfriend.
I think he went there that night to kill one person (he probably thought he was slick enough to pull that off without anyone else knowing) & he killed the three others because he had too (things didn’t go to plan) cause his target was not alone in the room (remember, the one girl had already moved out & came back to visit & show them her new car) the couple were still up & probably heard him & Ethan probably confronted him, so that led to their deaths, but we won’t know anything for sure till the trial
I think that is exactly what happened too. He kept running into people on the way out so he had to kill them to get out. I also think the reason he didn’t kill the last girl was he was exhausted and thought he may get caught if he didn’t get out quickly.
Thank you! Yes, wait till trial. I too think this guy didn’t plan 4 kills. If there were multiple killers, there hasn’t been solid evidence of there being so or they were ruled out.
He did not stalk the victims. Judge judge clearly states this as fact in one of the hearings regarding the survey. Link below of court hearing judge judge confirming he did not stalk the victims. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-LSZZOFhnAno.htmlsi=RbmtQQSEM4xiWGiV
Don't you find it on the girl that saw the guy coming in and out she never called the cops and I don't care how scared you are when you hear someone getting killed you call 911
He committed the crime in the middle of the night while most were sleeping… all were drunk. Dog was used to noise and a goldendoodle (not aggressive as all- I have one). BK is a runner and planned this crime for MANY months. Ethan did catch him by surprise and he left immediately after his murder due to exhaustion
Also "Somebody who has never committed a murder before" Like every killer in history who had never killed anyone before until they did? I wouldnt hire this guy.
It's ridiculous to read the comments of those desperately trying to make BK Bundy 2.0. They insist it could still be true whenever something comes to light that doesn't support their narrative. These same people naively believe in a mountain of evidence that Santa is supposedly hiding for strategic reasons, ready to dump on the defense during the trial. Hint: It doesn't work this way, and the last hearings were quite sobering. There is no mountain of evidence. Over 1.5 years after the crime, they can't even prove the story they put in the PCA. It's not about your fantasies but justice for the victims and BK's rights. Both are closely linked and depend on the work of the investigators and the prosecution. Anyone claiming to want justice for the victims and their families should hold the prosecution to the highest standards.
So how does a murderer kill his first victim, Harvey? Every one has a first and that first is violent and it ain't pretty. Harvey's own Liquor Store example is a logic fail: Just because we don't KNOW of previous violence/killing does not mean he didn't commit any. If he was ever CAUGHT having done them, then he wouldn't have GRADUATED to more complex crime ala the liquor store example. Pretty amateur mistake coming from an attorney...
