He should have acknowledged the impact of actions and lack thereof of people and thereby appreciate the possibility of a reshuffle as a change agent towards improving "systems".

This is one of the most educated person I have listened to in this vetting process!! So give him a chance to serve the country regardless of the party he belongs to. He is a Kenyan or you believe ODM is out of space??? We have to stop ✋🏾 this issue of thinking that Luos are not part of Kenya.
