My Father came to this country in 1953, there were no 'supports' for him. He wasn't expecting any. He was happy to have been allowed into this country and have the opportunity to work and build a future when most of Europe, where he came from, was devastated by WWII. Charity begins at home; Our tax dollars should be helping our veterans and Canadians that have fallen on hard times FIRST. What is the maximum number of homes that can be built per year with all the possible methods proposed so far? If the number is smaller than half million per year, the housing problem can only get worse over the years.
