How long have you been a chef? I thought you're doing that to save a driver who chose a caterer to drive the automobile child. They forgot the flag that he have to hold. Am I right?
OK, correct me if I am wrong, but this video is about you going to Indonesia, a place with such nice unique cuisine and then you show appreciation for the fact that in Jakarta you can find Chinese, Japanese, and Korean food?! which are three of the most boring cuisines? Do you think it is by accident or due to people's open-mindedness that these 3 cuisines are so common that can be found everywhere? even in the heehaw bar and grill in rural USA you can find Chinese and Japanese, and that is only because these foods, e.g. sushi, the biggest commercialized fraud in the food industry, are so unhealthy and so profitable, that the folks in heehaw bar and grill order sushi thinking they have seafood whereas they are eating 85% sticky rice, 15% lowest quality raw seafood which takes no effort to wrap! Please show some appreciation for Indonesian food and please DISCRIMINATE between cuisines like Thai and Indonesian that their food takes effort to make and ones like Japanese that any apprentice in any super market in USA can wrap bunch of things together and call it food! I love Thai, Laotian, Cambodian, Indonesian, Malaysian, Afghan, and Indian food, because of the multitude and variety of sophisticated ingredients they use, not just spices but fancy vegetables like lemongrass, galangal, etc and I dislike Chinese, Japanese, and Korean food because they are one-dimensional fraud foods with a lot of rice and oil and boring ways of cooking meat with bo creativity.
When you said "old as shit" I feel it in my booooneee 🥲 I mean, we're the same age, even our birthday just a few days apart (if I'm correct), being 30 is just still unreal 🥲
