Does this Copilot feature monitor everything people do on their computers? Is it possible to completely disable Copilot? Personally, I'm more interested in a better processor that's more powerful and uses less energy. As for AI, I prefer to use external options that don't have access to all my emails, messages, documents, and images.

The rapid pace of AI innovation have many scrambling to figure out the new methods of tech that are coming to us at break neck speed! Most important question... how is air defense provided for those data centers?

I'm upgrading from my Haswell refresh era i7 to Arrow Lake, when it hits. Arrow Lake, Lunar Lake for mobile, will be big improvements. My i7 4790 does everything well for me, but will not be supported later on. Desktop TOPS will easily beat mobile by 2.5x, due to the Tensor cores, and more powerful CPU. I still do my work on a desktop with a LARGE screen, Ethernet, mechanical KB. Mobile just cannot compare.

Windows platform is being redefined completely by all these AI services. But I suspect most will not want all their desktop work and activities being spied upon by some cloud based AI services gaining inferences for their work and personal activities. Most will wish to cut out and retain control the AI services, not have it leak into the Operating System.

unfotunatly, microsoft release a tons of small small bits of a new technology, that is not properly all connected together, apple will be hehind in this race, but suddenly after 2 years, they will lunch a complete product. I mean the Copilot botton location keep changing, half of the time not working, buggy stuff. yes its a break throguh, but its NOT ready product.
