I am very glad that they do have local venders come in. I understand that safety needs to come first, with fun as a very close second, but it is important to have things there to remind you that you are in a foreign country, or else it loses the point.

Been to Labadee several times, but never went to Adrenaline Beach or Nellie's Beach. Always ended up at Columbus Cove. Great tour of things we've missed. We will be there in May, so time to do some exploring. Thanks for this tour. Awesome video!

What a great detailed tour! We’ll know what area’s we want to explore on our next visit. This was our first time visiting Labadee so we had no clue on anything. 🤣 We really enjoyed the Artisan Market, the people in there kinda left us alone and let us browse. However, the vendors along the Artisan Vilage leading to Columbus Cove Beach were way too aggressive for us. But it won’t stop us from going back! 🤩

Great video and informative. Are the wheelchairs free or rentals? I didn't see any scooters on the island, is it scooter friendly? There are paths, so I think it is

Impressive video I did not realize how big the port area was. I like how detailed and informative you are. My girlfriend and I will be visiting on the mariner of the seas on the July 30th sailing. I was interested in amiga island but I didn't see many quality videos of the island.

@@HoffmanHappyTravels I just watched this for a second time, and I'd love your opinion on the best snorkeling at this port. You mentioned Barefoot Beach, but we won't be suite guests. Maybe the calmer side of Adrenaline Beach? Or do we even bother taking our snorkels off the ship at this one?
If you don’t mind paying extra for an excursion, Amiga Island has some nice snorkeling. Nellie’s Beach is right next to Barefoot Beach and has a similar snorkeling experience. 😁
I am curious about the process to enter Barefoot Beach as a junior suite guest. I do not see it listed as an excursion. You mentioned that you have had access on a previous sailing. On my very first cruise, I was allowed in as a guest of a friend and really enjoyed the calm cove and view of the ship. I would really appreciate any helpful information that you might be able to share. You really do have great detailed informative videos and I appreciate the time that you take out from your vacations to go to this great length for us! Thanks so much!
Hi Marci222! So when we went to Barefoot Beach we just had to present our room key which indicated that we were staying in a suite and therefore they gave us access to this suite beach. However I think you must be staying in a Star or Sky level suite and Junior Suites are Sea level, so unfortunately you would not have access to Barefoot Beach by staying in a Junior Suite. Hi Sissy SweetP! We did not notice it running when we were there, however the particular day we were there the seas were rough so they weren't running other water actives such the jet skis, so it is possible the ferry wasn't running due to the conditions. Thanks for watching! 🤗🛳❤️
