Loved the work.. beautiful.. and good clear breakdown of what you were doing as you moved.. One issue.. Branson.. PLEASE take care of your lower back… I thought you were maybe just standing at start, but noticed you still standing at the end.. it’s fine if you (or anyone) wants to think I’m being anal.. I’m not, you absolutely Wiill begin to suffer in the future.. please don’t be like I was.. and think “I’ll be ok” .. Great work though

It would be dope if you had a Google meets or live chat and while your tattooing actually engage the handful of people in the conference video. It might be a little chaotic in the beginning but would be worth it. I'm relatively new to the tattoo industry and only worked on my own skin and family. I've used fake skin but using the fake skins is counterintuitive from there perspective of tattooing real human skin . If your just wanting to do art with practice skin then artificial skin serves its intended purposes. I've got a ton of questions about technique and tips on how to prevent chances of overworking the skin . The difference in body area where the skin is drastically tougher then others would the machjne be set lower 6.5v or would you increase voltage 7.5 etc. Regardless I am thankful for the content you upload and have improved greatly because of the things I've watched in your videos.. You always bang out awesome tattoos bro mad props 🔥🔥🔥

hey appreciate the comment & support bro, I find taught to tattoo areas its best to slow down I won't really drop my volts but just slow my hand speed allot stretch more etc some places are just slow but trust the process. yeah forsure bro id love to do something like that for you all i can see myself doing lives every so often so I can help everyone out with their questions. but im unsure if it would line up with everyones time zones especially when I hit 10k subscribers I think then I might at least get 150 people on the live. but definitely keen to make something like this happen!!!!!

@therealbronson you make a valid point. If you ever decided to take on an apprentice I'd be eager to learn . Not just the tattooing but all of the art . I still have the same mentality in if I never make a dollar from a tattoo I'll still be tattooing until I physically can't anymore. Seriously if you ever want to take an official and traditional apprenticeship I'd be willing to chase that opportunity.

I have the same printer, but which paper do you use for printing out the stencils? And what stencil solution too? Thanks Great work 👏 as always
@therealbronson
@therealbronson 4 месяца назад
Hey thank you best just to google inkjet stencil (solution) for the ink and (paper) to find your nearest supplier feel free to send me a message on instagram and I’ll send you photos if you can’t find it. But if you have already normally printed images it won’t work you need the printer ink lines to be clear and new.

beautiful work man I have a fold pro, unfortunately I've been noticing it really starts to struggle to pack solid after a couple hours to the point of needing to up the voltage by 2 or 3 volts from the starting 7v i like to use..It's still a great machine i was in love with it at first to the point of using it over my flux max, great battery life, unbelievably smooth shading with the 2.5 stroke setting but it takes me at least double time to line or pack solid compared to the fk .Do you get the same with yours or is mine defective, it's not the battery because I've got 2 .Also ,in some stroke settings the needles don't retract fully unless you run them so short you have to basically ride the tube..
@therealbronson
@therealbronson 4 месяца назад
hey bro thanks for the comment yeah at 1st I was thinking battery problem if it happens over time in the session, have you tried writing to them to get a new one? I stay around 7.5v for lining and shading with 3.9mm stroke maybe up it 0.5 if im pushing a larger liner. (I wouldn't line with it under 3.9mm stroke as that's not the hit you want for lining). weird mine lines really well almost a strong point of the machine & and its crazy how smooth they are aye. write them an email and let me know how you get on maybe I can try assist you with it all. personally I would just buy a new one as they are pretty cheap I would take that trade of on it being so cheap that maybe they need replacing more often. in saying that iv killed some really expensive machines.

NGL I kinda feel like the stencils being printed like that kinda take away from the artistry but who cares these days right
@inb4230
@inb4230 4 месяца назад
my clients are paying me for the TATTOO not the stencil, they don't care how it gets there they care about the final result. 99% of tattoo artists that can get this kind of results from this kind of stencil could do it with no stencil at all, but probably 90% of tattoo artists can't get this kind of result with ANY stencil. Work smarter not harder, if you're up to stenciling for an hour before an 8h tattoo to get the same result you would get with a 2 minute stencil for "artistry" good on you though, I'll use anything I can in my advantage and still work 12h a day
@Justincochran-m6l
@Justincochran-m6l 4 месяца назад
I think for me hand stenciling was the connectionor like a bond to tattooing. Like hand stenciling is the essence of beginning the journey of becoming a successful tattoo artist. If as a artists I draw the design and then take a photo of it so it can be ran through a stencil printing machine it most likely will only be to save time ....personally I wouldn't know the difference because I've only ever hand stencil but completely believe if I had a printer my quality would improve , the process would be shorter and designs wouldn't be as limited to my drawing skill....
@inb4230
@inb4230 4 месяца назад
@@Justincochran-m6lif you are new to tattooing you should ABSOLUTELY hand stencil everything, it gives you a first go at it that will "train " you for the upcoming line work or it's a great opportunity to figure out how one will approach the tattoo, HOWEVER, if you're an experienced artist you 100% hand stenciled everything for YEARS, some of us are from a time where we made our own needles, tuned our own machines, had to get books and magazines for reference material because no pinterest (or internet!) and had to go print out designs in several sizes because no one had a printer at home. If you run your own studio and tattoo for 8,9h straight,plus give client in person consultations, touch up sessions, paper work,social media consultations, posts and a family and you're wasting half an hour doing something you could do in one minute, in MY opinion,you're a fool. I use procreate, and ghostline,and pinterest,and something way better than the inkjet printer iuse a phomemo printer that can print stencils AND photocopies without cartridges or ink and prints exactly like shown here and everything I can get my hands on, and I've got nothing but happy returning costumers that became friends. I can GARANTEE that you put 10 tattoo artists making this tattoo from this stencil and 9 will end up with a portrait of George foreman. It's a lot harder than it looks. It's like saying we should still be hand poking or else the artistry is lost..As I said before someone pulling this kind of work could do it from a stencil with just the contour of the face, eyes nose and mouth, it would simply just take WAY longer to get the same result and that would be plain stupid
@therealbronson
@therealbronson 4 месяца назад
@Blake interesting point, from my point of view I want to create the best work I possibly can and will take all necessary steps to make sure my clients get the best result over being able to "freehand" something, its not a skill I lack you can see my oil painting work on instagram, a detailed stencil only looks cool to none tattooist its actually much easier to tattoo with a hand stencil I do this process so I can start tattooing faster so my clients get bit more "tattoo time" in the tattoo session, if my clients come to me with a portrait I would never freehand it to impress them with a skill with tattooing the artist isn't there to show of just being humble and doing a great tattoo for you client. out of respect to the client you need to give them the best result as good as the reference or better.
@therealbronson
@therealbronson 4 месяца назад
@@inb4230 yes exactly right bro couldn't agree more with everything said if you a genuine humble artist all you care about is the clients result. & thanks for taking the time to share good knowledge with user-q bang on I spent 8 years hand stencilling, its so fundamental for those 1st few years.
