If you would have had one or two more sections of rod it might have gone. I don't normally criticise andy, but what's the point of hurrying Justin to clean the frame with a gloved hand, when you have a brush.

But with body work, many tasks are time quantifiable. With a drain you are going in unseen, who knows exactly what the issue is or how quickly it can be cleared. If the lad was dawdling and scrolling on his phone, then a different story.
