A hypothetical experiment: Just take the average loop power of the 20 best players of every country existing and then compare those to each other and look at distribution of power between nations = "China power", easy as that. So, if remarking certain athletical capabilities that are outstanding within a group of people that happen to be of one nation is racist, well then the mentioned comment is racist. But honestly, please spend time practicing table tennis rather than criticizing people that just call the best table tennis in the world by it's legit name: Chinese Power.
