The sad thing about this video is that you can see the clear amount of time put into it, and it hasn't even gotten the recognition it totally deserves, HE EVEN PLAYED WITH CINEMATIC CAMERA, plus full minecraft gameplay for almost 4 hours, every minecraft song (released or not), AND timestamps. I feel like everyone talks about the songs from Alpha Minecraft but can we all appreciate the soundtrack 'The End' The part at 2:35:00 gives such a feeling of accomplishment. Like this is the culmination of everything you've worked for. It has a certain sense of mystique that always gives me chills. It always makes me just imagine what it would feel like stepping into the portal, into the end and seeing the final battle in front of you as you're hardships flash past you. The journey you've taken. This mystifying track somehow manages to capture everything about what makes Minecraft special while also simultaneously looking forward and giving you the distinct atmosphere of the new dimension you've just discovered. The end is such an interesting concept to me and the wonder of this track always just feels other-worldly and I always seem to feel better after listening to it. It's a truly beautiful track that I could continue to ramble on about, but I think I've said enough already. my grandparents and dad combined their money for a christmas present for my brothers and i (at the time 1, 4, and 8 years old) and they bought an xbox 360 forza horizon 1 model. they then bought a used copy of minecraft from gamestop for us to play, i remember the first time i touched that controller. placed my first block. crafted my first pickaxe. i’ve been playing this game for 8 years now , never losing interest, even when it became unpopular. i love this game with a passion and i’m glad others do as well

Commenting on the gameplay, but it's kind of weird seeing beginning game played so, slowly? I'm so used to seeing people either speedrun the game or they are trying to make a shelter really fast. This even goes for me, whenever I start a new world I go straight to getting the materials to make a house, or at least a bed. It's nice to see someone *really* enjoying the game :)

listening to this at 4 am while it’s storming outside and I’ve never felt so many tears in my life. remember when we would stay up so late playing Minecraft? just building dumb, and honestly ugly stuff, but not caring because we were young and knew and cared nothing more than the world we had then. i remember my first time playing Minecraft. it was on my friend’s xbox 360 and I went on one of the very first tutorial worlds. i didnt even know how to swim, I actually drowned because I didn’t know how to swim up hahhah. i remember playing with him and pulling an all nighter on my birthday just to play Minecraft. and then I remember my parents getting the game for myself, and I played all day. i remember when I found my first diamond, and I bragged about it to my friends all day. but we grew up, and the desire to play Minecraft grew less and less. instead we wanted to be on different games and do different things. i moved away to a different city, and we didn’t get to hang out much anymore. i remember saying bye that last morning, the last time I’d play Minecraft with him for a long time. it really makes me cry because everything was so wholesome and simple back then. it’s still raining. im going to bed. *ChickenTendies has left the game*

We would just sit in front of the monitor, playing a blocky game, with fantastic, ambitious soundtracks, C418, the genius of the Minecraft original soundtracks, he wrote the successful song for Minecraft, he’s got a creative ideas to create some songs. Herobrine, the known popular myth, the aether dimension the popular mod, people when they were young and discovered that’s game, they could believe it that it was real until they become old, when we could have the ability to go back in time? There’s no key to go back, but we can always remember the good old moments we spent, memories and nostalgia is the key to remembering the best moments that we spent, no need a time machine or we would change or alternate the future. We can do anything we want, we can be creative, adventurous, curious and courageous in Minecraft, the point of playing Minecraft is not a waste of time, it’s being curious, adventurous, courageous and creative. The first day i played this game, at the time i doesnt have a very good pc and i was like 6 years old, i just can see some mods and maps videos at the moment, but when my father buy an xbox 360 for my brother and my, we were so happy, the xbox was original for some time so i can just play demos os the games i want to, but some time later we "free" the console so when we do that we can make a lot of new things (i do not play online so there was no trouble) and when we buy a pirate copy of minecraft it was a demo version jajajaja but i play it with happines (i never can pass trough the tutorial), but some time later i think we buy the new version of the xbox 360, this wasn't pirated so now we have to buy the games and i and my parents buy the original minecraft console version game, i cannot put mods but it doesn't care to me at that moment so i just enjoyed the game, also i have no friends ho has the xbox and play minecraft so the most of the worlds i play where lonely, and in that moment micraft was a little bit cringy so no most of people like the game i think i make this too long but anyways i just want to tell you my history, now i doesnt have the xbox but i still playing it in pc my pc isn't the better but i like it and now me and my friends play it all together its very nice, i think i already play the game like 6 - 7 years and i do not regret (sorry if i have some gramatical errors, i am studying english rigth now so i not the better) If you got until here thanks for reading

This. Is. Amazing. This made me think about life, death, my childhood, and eventually the time when you will be playing Minecraft and place the final block you will ever place. The final pickaxe you will craft. The final creeper you will kill. The final time you will ever play a game period. The final “hey gotta go. See you later!”. It makes me wish I stop playing all these frustrating multiplayer game like Fortnite or Overwatch and play more Minecraft and, my favorite, Subnautica. If any little kids see this. Spend you child hood wisely because I’m only 13 and this is already happening. I have bad anger issues and can’t seem to have fun playing games anymore. I played Subnautica creative and it was really fun! Until a glitch prevented me from playing it on my Xbox and my MAC is to old to play it. Now I’m just stuck with nothing but controller breaking fortnite and overwatch. I can’t find anything else to play. Even Minecraft gets boring for me after playing for awhile. Any game I can lose in I can’t play. And a lot of games that have some creative mode are mostly boring for me. I feel like I can’t play any games. And right now school for me is in a few days so I don’t know what to do. Barley play games or play games and get angry. I’m starting to think that therapy is the last option. I remember.. I remember the 2014 - 2016 days, sitting in my living room on my PS4, my mother in the kitchen doing something, I’d be playing Minecraft, flying around my “city” with my friends and building random things, hearing moog city, subwoofer lullaby, living mice, haggstorm, mice on Venus, dry hands, wet hands, Clark, Sweden, and moog city 2 play throughout the day.

Thank you for helping me realize what the massive hole in my heart was. I've been trying to figure out what I had been missing for a while, and reading through the comments has helped me realize that it was the good days of this game that I missed. I never grew up with an xbox and my parents were very strict about video games, so I never got to experience the prime days of playing this with friends for hours on end. Damn, Mice on Venus is so nostalgic! Reminds me of times like... 10 years ago, when i was building tiny houses of wood, listening to c418 - Cat, making houses of diamond blocks, and spawning loads of mobs, being scared of caves, good times... Now i'm speedrunning, and caves are not scary, vanilla tweaks can remove cave sounds, so only mobs is only danger, but they're actually not, i were training fighting them, so the only danger is a insane cave generation. I dig down, fall down, and die to mobs cuz i'm low health and there's lots of mobs. And also, did you know that elytra was added in 1.9, like 5.5 years ago? That makes me feel so old...

When I was 6 thirteen and concrete halls came on consecutively when I got a glitch wh were no new chunks would load in so 6 year old me thought herobrine corrupted my world so I saved and exited. Then I reloaded and everything was fine but I was spooked to death for about a minute.

I remember. My worlds. All my diamonds when Minecraft started out. when I was a little kid. not some pre teen who has barely any time to focus on Minecraft survival. I miss it.

2:52:02 Me and my friends in band class when the Director tells us to warm up. He happened to hear us play some of this song one day and that was added at the end of our performance that semester. We got up as a small group of 6. 1 playing the different drums, two playing the different keys percussion instruments (I can't remember specifically which ones), 1 Clarinet, 1 Saxophone, and me a Flute player. It was a blast. We started learning it when one person found sheet music for it and found the different parts and even revised a little bit for the different percussion instruments since we didn't have a piano. It was fun learning it and we really just did it for fun. But it made that song special.

I'm not really that into the game itself anymore, but I will forever adore and respect Minecraft's soundtrack. I think C418 is one of the most talented musicians of the 21st century and is easily one of the best minimalist artists of all time. The way he conveys so much emotion and atmosphere with so little is comparable to things like Clair De Lune or Gymnopedie No. 1 by Erik Satie, he's a genius I swear.

dragon fish scares the hell out of me. i don’t like the ocean, in real life or in the game. i try to avoid oceans as much as possible, especially the ones that are reaaaally deep and dark and scary bc if i don’t then i’ll get genuine anxiety and i’ll start panicking. dragon fish reminds me of the sounds a whale would make which makes me so so soooo uncomfortable. i hate it so much

I will never forget the first time I heard "concrete halls" in the nether after it was added to the soundtrack. It was truly spine-chilling. Never felt that small and lost like that before.

Why is no one talking about this masterpiece, not the music (that one we all know it is a masterpiece but i don’t mean that) the video. It is exquisitely produced. From the way he moves, builds, interacts, to his process in the world. They all seem to fit perfectly with the music. I even notice during Mice on Venus he opens the doors perfectly synched with the song.

One time I was on a call with my friend, who goes by snowy. So me and snowy are playing Minecraft and I decided to turn on my music because I normally have it off (we use a lot of jukeboxes in creative) and I almost cried because one of the songs (similar to the song "sweden") played and just brought me back to my oldest rememberable world that I don't still have.
