I just bought myself a dehydrator and put in my first batch of plums gathered from a friend's abundant plum bushes! I love the idea of learning and trying these new things as an adventure! I have gotten back to making my own almond milk which is super easy (and no chemicals added) and sprouted mung beans once (need to get back in that habit) and they were delicious and very easy to do!
