Fear has been a major theme for me the past couple of weeks. It has been almost paralyzing for me. I have been working on releasing fear everyday. Thank you for your service to humanity. ❤
The 28th is the 10th anniversary of my teacher’s passing. Her name is Layne Redmond. She was internationally recognized. We are honoring her all month, and her presence has been palpable all week as I’ve been traveling on the road! Yesterday I spontaneously reconnected with my roommate from the days when we were studying intensively with Layne, back in the late 90s! And also yesterday, I reconnected with a former student of mine! All while traveling away from home. So many moments I’ve felt her presence on this trip. Yes the unseen and the ancestors and mentors are here!
Oh my goodness, this is so wild. This is the second post in a row I’ve seen with someone I don’t know speaking of her, I grew up with my mother drumming with with her traveling all over the world. She’s definitely sharing some magic with us now. ♥️

I'm deep on a wilderness journey right now in the US Southwest desert because I was in the US Army 28 years & my whole point here is to release fear. From five Iraq deployments and everything else. Everyday I'm releasing more and more of this anxiety and fear. Soooooo, Thank you so much for a lot of these tips you shared in this video. Ria, thank you gracias de corazón….this message is EXACTLY what I’ve been trying to tell people I don’t watch the news at all, zero, not to ignore what is happening but because it’s not true and my phone swiped to headlines by mistake and all I could see was BE AFRAID! This way you are obedient and we can control you! So clear I knew always but this glimpse was…woah! In me personally I’m facing my deepest trauma at this time dissociated memories after many years of work, the real core is here now and I’m not cut off anymore. I have to face this to be free. Your waterfall will be with me. It’s happening in my body too, very sick in my womb (toxins being released! Your metaphor, wow) and great pain. I keep trusting the Great Mother this is for my healing no matter what my mind tells me.
