This is my fifth and favourite painting of yours I have done all in quick succession. I don’t have a bristle brush, so I used a toothbrush, let’s just say I’ve got a real star system going on lol, but I love it. I’m addicted! I left a comment on one of your other videos suggesting you request people to like/sub and comment written on the screen. You said you verbally ask people to do this, but on all the videos of yours I’ve watched that is not the case? I click onto your channel, press the ‘videos’ and scroll to find the one I want to paint, so, not sure what’s gone wrong?

In most of the videos, I tell you verbally at the end of the video that if you liked it, give it a like and consider subscribing. I think that the problem is that the world has sped up, youtube is full of videos with painting, and it's not easy to comply with the algorithms. The more stimuli you get, the harder it is to get people to give you feedback on your videos. Anyway, I'm glad you're doing well with the paintings! I tried to follow along but the tape ripped the blue paint off my canvas. How do I stop this or what tape should I be using if not painters tape? Thank you for your time!

If the masking tape has removed the paint, it has not yet dried properly. It cannot remove completely dry acrylic. Smooth masking tape is fine, like the one I use in the video! Good luck with your painting!
