I find it amazing that not a single reporter congratulated his astonishing win..just went with their foolish questions that have little to do with his accomplishment. Nathan Chen is the product of a good, loving home and magical innate ability. At 22, he is very intelligent, well bred, brought up, humble.

Chen is SO handsome that comes from his WHOLENESS - intelligence, speaking ability, supreme athletic abilities, round personality, etc. He is a huge PRIDE to the US and the world!

I'm so disappointed with some of these questions. I mean you have an Olympic gold medalist sitting in front of you... for god's sake, ask him something interesting and not about things that you already know he can't or probably won't answer. Such a waste of everyones time.

It was so nice to see this young man stay with skating grinding it out day by day, skating the program of his life making Olympic history and winning a gold - CLEANLY (aka no illegal drugs or doping)! This is truly remarkable in my opinion - congratulations to Nathan and his family for all of their support in his victory! I haven't watched skating in years, but got wind of Nathan's success and watched live the other night - glad I did! 👍

So cool and collected!! I am glad that he sticks to his art of skating and not follow the media. The Chinese public are not fond of Nathan Chen because he is Chinese-American. Glad that his smart parents emigrated to America, and he makes us Asian-Americans very proud of him. Unfortunately, in the United States there is still a lot of anti-Chinese sentiment. Hope that his winning the gold could change that. I cannot see Nathan Chen giving up skating entirely. He is still young and has a great skating career ahead of him. What an inspiration he is to young skaters who want to follow in his footsteps. I read that a Chinese judge was disqualifed for giving native Chinese skaters high scores when compared to non-Chinese skaters. Glad to see that he was disqualified. Hope to see more of you in competition in he future.

people may not realize that Nathan could have chosen to compete for China for HUGE financial gain and he did not. Thanks to his parents and coach for teaching him dignity and integrity. We have seen skier that shamelessly forgoing honor selling out to compete for China against the country she was born, raised and trained in. This is one of the many reasons that makes me like Nathan even more, honor and humility. 4
