What's failing? Miami didn't start winning until Tua started. They were 5-11 in 2019 before Tua and in 2020 Tua went 6-2 after taking over for Ryan who went 3-3..
It’s like Flo got up there to apologize but never actually apologized. All he had to say was I tried to motivate Tua in a way that did not mesh with his personality, I was a little too harsh on him, as the HC it was my job to know my players and to know how to motivate them properly. I failed to do that with Tua. I apologize for that and I will grow and learn from my mistakes. Instead we got some bs mumbo jumbo about creating a better world.
