Garlic Honey Butter and Cheese!! The flavor is perfect. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! Ingredient : 1. Bread 2. Garlic 3. Butter 4. Honey or sugar 5. Cheese Thank you for watching the video.
I made this today, without altering the recipe. It was lovely, and I'm going to add it to my cookbook. I used a heart-shaped cookie cutter, and it turned out sooo cuuute! Thank you so much for the unique breakfast.
I've never seen someone spank bread this much in a cooking tutorial. Love it. Also love the low frame rate with the non-stop-motion-esque filming method.
Just tried this - delicious! Tips: My oven definitely needed to be hotter to cook the egg - after 10 mins the egg white was still clear. Try starting at 375, and maybe adjust to 400 if needed, as long as you can keep an eye on it and make sure the bread doesn't char. Also I added a pinch of salt to the garlic spread.
After watching quite a few of these, I can confidently say that Korea has the best comfort foods of all. I want to live there and eat toasty, golden treats all the time. With the butter and the cheese and the eggs and the ham and the bread and the bacon and all the things.
I love garlic cheese toast and with the egg baked in the center looks so good. In the US our sandwich bread is a lot thinner/wider, but we have thicker bread called Texas Toast(i'm not in TX!) I could use🤔. Our bakeries are low on bread loaves(in my area), but even then the bakery bread is not real dense. I will try it though as I enjoy your recipes and videos. Thank you Cooking Haru for putting a smile on my day😊🌞👍🍵.
just wondering where you are located in the US? if youre located in los angeles there are lots of small asian bakeries that carry bread that looks just like the ones used in this video.
hey, could you check out my recipes? I'm trying to grow my channel and your comments and subscriptions would motivate me even more to keep on going. Thank you in advance, lots of love ♥️
That flower cut was a great trick. I've made egg-toast before, and I usually just rip a hole in the center, I hadn't thought of using the cookie cutter!
Garlic cheese toast must be very delicious because of garlic and cheese, I guess. Because your recipe is really easy to handle, I am more confident to get a delicious result to follow your recipe. Thank you so much for your recipe sharing!
The good thing about it is that you can always change something in such recipes. There are no limits :) I also like to show recipes where everyone can change something and the result will still be great 🙏
Omg! ❤ I love your videos! I have a few recipes that I have seen you prepare and I am going to try and make them!! 😊 Everything looks so freaking yummy!! ❤❤❤ Thank you for sharing your recipes with us all!! My new favorite channel!! 😊
my family and i made these as appetizers for our New Years party, and they were DELICIOUS! Thank you so much for the video, we will definitely be making these much more often! :D
Poor egg shell did not deserve to be spanked to death at the end of the video lol. Aside from that, love the video and more importantly, love the food.
I think your videos appeal to me so much because I really anthropomorphise things and I love the way you characterise the precise tweezers and the naughty spatula and the sweet little eggs! 😂😍
Yum! I have a family history of Cancer and need to avoid all the estrogen in dairy so going to try this with some plant-based cheeses. Thanks for posting
For those questioning salt,l and honey, there is probably salt in cheese and or butter. Everyone taste is different. Me, I like to eat savoury and sweet together.e.g BBQ pineapple/watermelon with salt as side dish with BBQ ribs, frying bacon and drizzling maple syrup/ honey. Pastry chef and Top Chef alum Malika Ameen specializes in pairing sweets with savory ingredients. She describes the explosion of flavor happening in your mouth when combining sweet and salty foods as “pure alchemy.” She says salt minimizes sweetness and sharpens flavors, while sugar simultaneously helps round out a salty dish by softening the taste and balancing it out.
I think I have very different taste than you. I cringed so hard at the honey and sugar all over the garlic bread, and also the lack of salt. I really hate the taste of sweet garlic butter. Maybe it’s because my family doesn’t cook with a lot of sugar (sugar is just for desserts) so sweet main course foods always taste ‘off’ to me. I like some sweet and spicy combos if I’m in the mood for them, but I’d much rather a straight savory flavor.
@@0xyGen_2.p0 yeah sweet and spicy is great! I like a lot of different flavor combos for snacking tbh. I just notice that many of the Asian snack recipes I see have a strong sweet flavor profile. Sugar is poured on corn dogs, egg sandwiches, garlic bread, etc. They use a lot of rice syrup or sweeteners in their daily cooking, too. I’m always good with the recipes until they get to the sugary parts haha.
@@0xyGen_2.p0 true true! I live near a Hmart (Korean grocery) so I’m able to get my Korean ingredients pretty easily. Lots of the prepared foods have high sugar content, but yep, I can at least adjust the recipes when I make them at home! It’s been a pleasure chatting with you, take care!
@@sophievanderbilt1325 Same. I'm from Spain and here sugar and sweets are for desserts. I love baking and I always try to use recipes from Europe because USA ones have too much sugar for my taste and I always have to adjust the quantities. To avoid that I try to search the recipes in Spanish, French, Italian or Portuguese first because when I use English language on my searches I obviously get a lot of USA sites. Anyways, the toasts look yummy but I would also skip the honey and the sugar 😩
Lots of cultures have dishes which pair sweet and salty/savory flavours, although I think Asian cuisines feature this most heavily and whether you like this or not is a matter of personal taste. On New Year's Day I made a classic Italian salad of rockmelon slices wrapped in thinly-sliced prosciutto (parma ham) served with torn up fresh basil leaves and bocconcini. I guess my family likes the sweet/salty combo because six clean plates were cleared from the table! :)
"and at 1:16 and at 2:30, haru decides to seductively slap the bread slices for several moments to teach the fluffy white bread who is boss and who is going to eat them later" x'D
The appearance of garlic cheese toast with egg is stunning!!! But, the way you treat the egg shell, soo cruel! Thanks for the recipe, will try! 😍 Greeting from Indonesia 👏
you are incredible. I love to cook but I sometimes take too long to make even a single thing and your videos motivate me a loooot. I am trying to renew my cooking style and I love to adapt your recipes to my intolerances haha. take care!!♡(´∩。• ᵕ •。∩`)♡
2 Damn Hours‼️ Eeevery night,in da kitchen❗ 😣😫😩😓😢😥😭😭😭 Alotta times,I think,why da h🔥ll should I even bother⁉️ Buttt then,the next night there I am again,muddling through.😔
I haven't tried a single recipe yet. I spend way too much time waiting for and watching you spank food for no reason. It's worth every second though. Keep it up.
