In our office in The Netherlands, we have the privilege that we can use a theatre to record, so this was actually the first time we tried it. Pierre Pfister from Arturia visited our office together with Ben Littlewood from ProMediaConnect to demonstrate the new Keylab Essential 88.
We did a walk-through of all the features, sound demo and a small demonstration with layering sounds with the DAW integrations.

9:36 now thats why im here, thats what I wanna learn how to do. All that. Why is it so hard to find out how to do just that? I have been searching everywhere for how I can set up the midi controller to just do that. Quickly recording loops like that is the coolest fking thing i have ever seen but I can't figure it out.

If the links do not work for any reason you can try searching 'live looping ableton' and you should get similar results.

Great to see that this KeyLab Essential 88 works well with Ableton. I was wondering if you know if I can use this keyboard as a controller for my Nord Stage 3 when playing a live set, and the transpose and key split along with the other controls will work with my Stage 3? I am hoping to get an extra 15 keys to use with my Stage 3 Compact which has only 73 keys at the very least, but if I can get the other functions on the Key Lab to work with my Nord, then that is icing on the cake. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Do I have to be online to play this Arturia 88? Is it enough to download the software and register and use it offline? Can Arturia be controlled by the Integra 7 module?

Analog Lab is its own virtual instrument. Any DAW that can use VSTs can use analog lab. Just assign a new virtual instrument and select the right VST. It should work without issue with either Logic or Mainstage.

@@insideaudio7164 I have the exact same problem. But in the video, it looks like the selected track is armed automaticaly. Did you get some responses from Arturia ? Another problem I have, In DAW mode, the main rotary allows to move the main cursor, but when it is not consider when I press play ...

axlrose1438 you would need a audio interface(external sound card) played a couple gigs and learned it the hard way! You can set the audio output on your computer to the external sounds card and connec that to the PA at ur gig.
