The fact that Israel supported and helped her get back into singing even after how she opened up that she was embarrassed of her voice is beautiful. I can only hope to have a relationship like this one day

@@lilie6714 yes it's sad how the Church is being lukewarm. There is NO lukewarm with Christ. You are either HOT or cold...no in between. People should see Christ in you while performing for the Lord, instead of you being the center of attention (breast exposed, fan blowing your hair, etc) It's sad. It just shows you that ANYONE can backslide and stay in a back slidden state when you continue to make choices to ignore what the Bible says and to just do you instead. I'm not sure if Israel left his ex for Adrienne, maybe it started with the heart first, which lead him not working things out with his ex, which ended up in this. My focus is that he cheated on his ex to begin with. He didn't make things right with her, ended up getting a divorce from her, and justified himself into getting remarried. That is ALL out of order. Since he is not a baby Christian, he knows better. Superficial indeed. Adreinne talks about God this and that, but exposes herself. Playing Church, that is what that is.

I love the performance and the video and his meaning behind it and the peace he’s finally found. Honestly everybody has a testimony and I commend Israel for the finding his light at the end of the tunnel. Everyone wants to judge but they did not walk in his shoes! Audrey Hill Absolutely God forgives. He also chastens those whom He loves. Think of King David. He summoned Bathsheba and slept with her. She was married to Uriah and became pregnant with David’s child! The King had Uriah killed during battle and she was now free to marry him. Consequently, their baby died. Israel lived with many masks to millions of people for 20+ years. I feel so sad for his children and his exwife. I experienced the exact same and I understand that level of pain and guilt and devastation it brings to everyone. I picked up my four children and held them many times. Many years my children believed it was their fault! I get it! The loss of everything they believed and trusted has vanished. Their lives will never be the same!! And I also are saddened for the two other women who had his children. What will she say to them about their Dad. Masks don’t disappear quickly or so easily!! I hope he’s getting the help he needs. There are numerous places for sex addicts to begin the long journey of healing. It has nothing to do with sex! It is a drug and will do anything for a fix! Whether other girlfriends or topless bars, prostitutes and such. Then comes immense shame. When I see them, I don’t see “them!” I see Israel singing at Lakewood Church, on staff and stage for 15 years. It’s a tragedy of sin. Yes, God forgives. What will be the price required of him now or when he stands before God?

This makes me cry every single time. Like I remember seeing Adrienne struggle with loving her voice and I was struggling with the same thing... seeing her do THIS... made me go out and start singing at events. Ugh the beauty of it all
I can tell tell yall how much I love this song and y'all. So beautiful. There's just so much negativity on the internet and I don't usually get myself invested and comment on things but lately I've been choosing to put some positivity out there hopefully to help envelope all the bad until it seems like it isn't there.
