Sick interview brother is right about Asian family’s, you will always hear about it when u go home, best way is working a 9-5 saving for 5 years and starting something with your money or getting a mortgage (I’m Indian) not sure how it works in Islam, but point is use the 9-5 to save some money and use it to reinvest into yourself or your dreams!
