Full PRP Injection Procedure 

I had this done after 16 months of pain. I had 3 cortisone injections and physio prior to this which gave some relief but PRP saved the day. I'm pain free and back to normal.

If you watch this video very closely you will notice this dr is wearing the same shirt and tie outfit (including white note paper in his shirt pocket) when he preforms the procedure and then at the end of the video when he refers to the patient in the video he worked on "this morning" and in the same breath says 4 weeks later he was pain free? How can he talk about 4 weeks later when this was all shot very obviously the same day? Not Kosher!!

Did you mix in Calcium Chloride at all? In an article I read that attempting to use Calcium Chloride on tissues causes severe necrosis and sloughing may occur.

Have you ever treated a lymphedema patient with PRP and if so, did it help?

How effective would PRP be for cubital tunnel, or ulnar nerve entrapment? I was going to do two resounds of cortisone hydrodissection and then hit it with a PRP injection and acupuncture

How much calcium chloride add in prp?

I had bilateral Achilles insertional tendinopathy. One treatment cured one heel, four treatments have helped but not cured the other heel. I went to bone marrow stem cells, still no relief. Now trying dextrose prolotherapy. I'm a veterinarian, have used prolo, PRP and stem cells successfully on my patients for the past year.

As an RN who's married to an MD, I wonder about what appears to be lack of aseptic aseptic technique with both the blood draw and prp injection.

Do you have an ultrasound showing the degenerate tendon healed after successful injections? How come it can take up to 12 months to heal with this treatment? Is that efficacious? This might just take that long to get better by itself? I just don't know if I want this treatment, will that tendon rupture if it gets worse and will I loose the ability to extend my wrist? I've never heard of that happening like other tendons rupture with loss of function, biceps for example. Maybe I'll just leave it.

My MD drew 120cc of blood and injected back 10cc of PTP.

Plasma serum with lidocaine inj is much less pain i had prp inj for my frozen shoulder injection 1set only... Fyi: physical therapy is not working at all had 12sessions So i like prp serum injection

I did this but they didn't use centerfuge. Just extract blood, inject blood.
