This IS what you(ANYONE) CAN and WILL DO WHEN they EXPLOIT their FULL potential, 🤣🤦♂️🤣...imagine, and they can, 🤣🤦♂️🤣; but let's just say "imagine" if people REALLY took care of themselves, mentally, physically, and emotionally, 🤣🤦♂️🤣....they'd become "gods", 🤣🤦♂️🤣.....like you see here....NO needs for the "tools" YOU ARE your own "tool"!!!!....people ONLY see themselves as people, that's why they remain as such, NOT knowing their TRUE selves, and THEREFORE EXPAND their TRUE POTENTIAL!!!🤣🤦♂️🤣...thank God, source, the universe, whatever you want to call it, 🤣🤦♂️🤣...I AM One of them(like the "kid" you see here) 🤣🤦♂️🤣....cheers, 😁✌.
I absolutely can't believe how this video can have so many positive comments. This is no restoration...it's just destruction. Does no one here has at least any sense of how a restoration should look like? First..the car was prepared to look like this. I mean how is it even possible that those plastic bumpers on this facelift E30 could have any rust? By the lines on the door you can even see that there was some acid on the car to make it rust faster. Then you can see how he just puts filler on those rusty doors. This will last for about a year before the filler will crack up again. Repairing the engine like this is a complete mess. he dissasembles the engine and didn't take any note which of the bearing shells, pistons, etc. belong to which cylinder. This wouldn't be bad if all the parts would have been completely restored. But he just smashed the old pieces in again in any order. There are many little differences in radius etc. over time for each cylinder. After rebuilding the engine like this i'm pretty sure it won't last longer than a few kilometres/miles before the engine will blow up. At least..all sealing surfaces has been painted and all the correct seals are missing. This thing will leak oil, exhausts and every other possible liquid like hell. Sorry, but this video is a bad joke. Please realize that.
I think they initially not going to ride this car or use it somehow, they just cleaning and painting autoparts for RU-vid content. Just like many many videos about restoring "abandoned and rusted" toy car models of 2020/2021 Lamborghini or Rolce Royce.
Agreed. I saw a lot of parts cleaning and reassembly. I’m not sure if any parts on it are new. I have a lot of doubt as to if the engine will even run, especially given it sat without an air cleaner.
@@alisa2316 No, it's complete nonsense. It's not even a BMW engine. It's all fun because people are actually buying it. The car wasn't restored They pulled a few bits off and polished / painted them. It's completely meaningless.
If the youth in the USA had 1/10th of this young man's motivation, dedication and energy it would be amazing. My hat off to you young man, a job well done. Congrats on your accomplishment
Well, it's not really a job well done. It's just some guy posting nonsense videos to get people to send money. Everything he did was wrong. He pulled the head off the engine and put it back on with the old gasket, didn't use a torque wrench anywhere. The engine will not even run properly or last any time. All he did was damage. All this crap is just a con. Just like the pigs who injure and abuse animals while pretending to "save" them.
Hey Gary, the youth in the USA are to smart to start a massive project like this...we know the tolerances and actual engineering behind a car like this. don't blame us for being lazy, we just know what projects to avoid.
I just watched this!! Must have been posted twice. BMW (not 50 years old), Series 3 turns into Series 7. - its a miracle. New wheels, etc. Wish we had seen the inside. All in all this guy is awesome at taking things apart and putting them back together, he doesn't look old enough to drive!!
Hats off buddy..... Impressive. I've seen people doing such projects in big garage with whole team and lots of equipment but this guy is one man army . Really appreciate him.
Not many people would even start a project from car in such a bad condition like this, but you guys are awesome you doing this with very limited equipment and I believe it's not easy to get new parts, but wow so much enthusiasm! Good luck
"not many"... actually no sane person would ever try to restore something this far gone... you literally need EVERYTHING new for this one so it makes no sense to even start.
No words.... All these comments about good restoration and more but.... Its just all about taking it apart cleaning and putting togeather with no care, wheres the restoration part? Re-using old head gasket and bolts and torque specs? Lmao don't repeat after him... 100% Car wont even start...
Yes, It's just made up youtube stuff, I'm car mechanic and I'm very sure as well it won't start. He just rust spray painted it for the video, cars don't age like this and look at the rusty plastic bumpers...
Everyone has to learn somewhere he is young and he is working with very basic tools, somebody should have told him you need a piston ring compressor🤷♂️ as for the gaskets bm's leak oil from the factory anyways so it will be like most bmw's anyway 😉
Adding this to my dream restoration project list! The transformation is jaw-dropping. Can't wait to see more of these incredible builds on your channel.
Im inspired to rebuild my mother's car by watching this.great effort and meticulous disassembly and assembly of engine and transmission.im looking forward to seeing you finish the rebuild of the bmw.
This whole channel is a scam, the car has been sanded and rusted with a solution to make it look older He coated the entire body panels in bondo, and made it look like they were restoring the engine, transmission etc when they were really just poking around
As a fellow car painter I have to say amazing work considering he has limited resources. I'm blown away i dont just hand out compliments . Just amazing.
АвтоВаз вам нужен этот парень. Он в поле BMW откапиталил, представьте что он вам на заводе может сделать!!!! Правельно :автомобиль, а не набор собери сам.
Must say, knowing very little about cars and the mechanics, I was nonetheless looking for the punchline which finally came at the end. What grabbed me was not using heat resistive paint (I think) and no use if a torque wrench. But still hats off to the effort. But I really think that engine and transmission will not go the distance. But again, Kudos my friends! Looking forward to some of your next projects.
Loved the energy with limited resources no nit picking here keep the can do attitude and work ethic it will serve you well in life, nothing but respect.
...and the result is... where? Disassemble engine without replacing anything? Maybe it's an option. Its an E30 series chassis. The M10 engine is slightly different, it still uses weber double barrel carbs but the engine cover a bit high with no BMW embossed letter. It could be late 70's model but the front and rear bumper facelifted to 80's model, that usually uses the M40 engine. But, They really skillful and really know how and what to do. Even using only common tools. It's a two-thumbs up thingy.
he used no tolerancing on the crankshaft or balancing, it'll run like shit even if he manages to finish, and the head gasket will last till the end of the driveway, cough, cough, excuse me, dirtway
Initially I thought this guy really ought to get a life, then I watched with my jaw on the floor as he proceeded to restore this car, I am so impressed this guy is a motoring genius. Loved this video.
IKR?! Then I thought, "Dude you should get a bench so you're not working on the floor all the time" and then I was thinking, "wait, how long is this video? That's just the tranny and the engine and we haven't even gotten to the rest of the car yet..." I got a lot of respect for folks in countries and cultures like these that go by cars in this condition and decide to make it run again.
Wowww. This look like a young teen to break that engine down to the last screws amazing 👏😍 that was just crazy. Is there a part 2. Was waiting to see the final results
It's a facelift model. You can see the front bumper. So built from 1987 onwards. The car is no more than 34 years old and not 50. But this is not what an E30 looks like after 30 years if it is not processed with chemical substances!
Not even with chemical substances you can create rust on those plastic bumpers this e30 has. It's all just fake in this "restoration". Just for the clicks.
Can’t wait to see the oil spewing out of those hand cream gaskets he applied! Otherwise, very impressive, just wish we could see the end result and if it ran!
I won't believe it if it doesn't leak all the oil!!! I've never seen this type of seal on engines!! Eu não vou acreditar se não vazar todo o óleo!!! Nunca vi esse tipo de vedação em motores!!
Wow. These guys would make a fortune in the US refurbishing cars for clients. Very knowledgeable men. I’m highly impressed…and in flip flops!!! Wow!!😅🤓
*I am an ASE Certified Master Mechanic, now retired in the Philippines.* This was not a proper refurbish or rebuild, but good effort put out for a 3rd world country mechanic. There is NO comparison to how this would have been done by a certified master mechanic, with a torque wrench, full rebuild kit and proper metal work *(Not bondo)* on the body.
а дальше видео и не будет. Просмотры собрали и пипец. Ты посмотри как они коробку и движок собрали. На герметик! уверен на все 100% что масло потечет со всех щелей
