I bought the 2012 3.0 litre diesel luxury today in same colour, spec is truly amazing, and wow it certainly shifts for such a large car

How did you get an 8 speed transmission in a 2012? I have a 2012 XF Supercharged V8 Portfolio edition and it has a 6 speed transmission

Brian Keith Null so from 2012 they switched to the 8 speed. Your car may have been built in 2011 and sold in early 2012

I'd like to know that too. Also in the video he said it had a Supercharged V8. Also where did the 8 speed transmission come from? Is that only on the diesel version. My 2012 XF Supercharged V8 Portfolio only has a 6 speed transmission.

My 2012 3.0 Diesel has a 8 speed transmission.
