The elevation broke off from the wall of the main building and fell down almost killing me and my wife. The hotel offered a plate of fruit as an apology. We bought the stay with an all inclusive option, which means that they tried to satisfy us with free food.

I had my best holiday ever there in 2012, and it had great reviews at the time. Sadly the reviews (Tripadvisor) since then seem to show that it's not as good as it was. It still looks lovely.

@@htyson5353 hi man. pools and slides were open. even the pool that was closed in the video at 17:30. but it is worth considering that not all pools are heated. however, this is not a problem, since most of them are heated and you can comfortably swim in them

I stayed here 5 years ago and said I would definitely return I loved it however I am now allergic to nuts I’ve developed anaphylaxis and it’s really difficult to find a good all inclusive that clearly labels everything ! Can you tell me if they label their foods for allergens ? I’ve yet to find a decent hotel who is trustworthy , it’s a frightening thing worrying about whether if I out something in my mouth that it’s not going to kill me ! Thanks

There were no foods labeled for allergens. Should ask the staff for each product, but it isn't very reliable.

Hi, did you get two double beds? Also can you join both the beds together by moving the bedside draws? I have booked this hotel for 2 adults and 4 children so wanted to know if it was possible to join double beds together so we can all fit.

We had one double bed and one single bed. We could combine them as we wanted.

@@eramses thank you for the reply. We booked this hotel for next summer just not sure if we should go for this one or sharms dreams. I have 4 children so ideally slides in the pool would have been better for us near our side of the hotel. This hotel looks so huge so does the other ones in egypt so kind of confusing me. Does this hotel have shuttle buses or anything similar to take you around the hotel such as restaurants etc if its far from your room?

@@Umar_1800 There is no bus at the hotel, but it is quite comfortable to walk everywhere

Is the sea dangerous? Did you see anything near the shore? Really wanna swim but I’m a little Scared lol

Everything that has been filmed is close to the shore (sea urchins, eels), swimming is really possible, only sea urchins are dangerous. Spines can penetrate human skin and break off causing infection and, in some cases, the need for surgical removal of spine fragments. But it crawls very slowly over the sea bottom :)
