We actually stayed in this exact room in May 2019... Had such a wonderful time at RiuYucatan that we returned to celebrate our anniversary in November 2019.. The second time was even better if that's possible! The pandemic has kept us from doing travel anywhere since then.. but we plan to return to this resort in late 2022. Love the Riu Yucatan!

@@joejs4613 in all fairness the Yucatan is ok, nothing great but nothing to moan about either, its a nice 30 min walk across the beach into playa… enjoy bud 👍🏻👍🏻

Love all your videos on Mexico How did you find the hotel? Good rooms and food? We're looking at this or the RIU Palace next door, but that's £900 more. We're going in June, so it could rain, do you know if the TV had English channels or a USB/HDMI you could plug a firestick in and WiFi in the room. If its a rainy day, we may need to use it to pass the time.

If you can budget to go to the RIU Palace Riviera Maya, that’s the one we liked the most from all of the RIUs in that area. The rooms are much nicer, and there’s a better selection of food as well. I’m not sure if Yucatan would have TVs with USB or HDMI in them 🤷🏼‍♀️ but I’m pretty sure RP Riviera Maya does 👍🏻 and yes, they have American channels 👌🏻
