this must be the 20th time I've watched this gig ,love it , decent head phones ,full volume and a beer recommended, I am quite old , 52 , I have never been so moved , excited and exhilarated as much by any music , continue to love my favourites including Beatles ,zeppelin, rush, kraftwerk,Brubeck. mike Oldfield, cure . however ,one year ago I randomly got in my car, radio was on and Bari 3 was playing , had to stop and listen after driving 20 yards , completely blew me away . energy, creativity unlimited,. Have since seen them live 3 x in uk, Norwich , Liverpool and Wolverhampton very, much hoping they come back again next spring . Moon Hooch is beautiful with some great ideas about how to live in a better way.
Moon Hooch played Omeara in London a few weeks ago and I was so very lucky to be there another superb timeless night , oh and I just watched Tralf gig again this is such a great recording and is up there with St John . Read a review some where recently , described experience as staggeringly emotional ..... that sums it up really ... love it . Looking forward to concerts in Hull and London in November . It makes me smile at every body no matter what .
Hey Christopher - I've seen them twice now in Manchester after Tuesday night - and they are absolutely mind blowing every time - the diversity of the crowd at a Moon Hooch gig is testament to their appeal. It's absolutely impossible to not move to this! Think they played London last night too - so if you were there you'd have got a blast of it this time round too!
I discovered this band a few weeks ago - playing to cows no less - and have now listened to many hours - it kind of grows on you. Very original and they keep adding new work. I like seeing innovation like this!
Saw these chaps at the Love Supreme Jazz festival last Saturday. Unquestionably the stand-out set of the whole weekend. A splendid full-on performance: singing, dancing, rapping but - above all - searingly good jazz. We were drained (and exalted!) just watching them.
Are you tired of searching youtube for every live gig of Moon Hooch. Wander no longer. Here is my playlist of every full live set of Moon Hooch. Enjoy! ru-vid.com/group/PLfnit3GRI7kZ8vUNJH4_DcVFCEG0mMley
yo brothers!!! this is some serious s***t!!! would be even more serious with a little more dub interventions from the sound engineer! keep it up friends - it's worth it!!!! :D
I am a bit late, but here's what I know. I think that it isn't really a song in any of their albums (the band or Wenzl's solo albums), so I think that it was just a song that they made but didn't record previously.
