After hearing b Yaro's story, there's a lot of things that I can relate. Always put ourselves in someone else's shoes, think how others would think of us, overthinking on things that don't even happen. Freedom but lonely, it's good to have freedom but loneliness will come after the light is gone. Hearing his story make me feel a little better. Hope everyone else stay strong like him.
Hi bong, chin uppp. Life is too short, let's forgive yourself. Nothing is impossible in this world. You have done your best. I hope you found the happy you back soonerrr.
Mental illness of any kind is usually seen as “taboo” in the Asian community, especially for Khmers. I’m glad the newer generation is taking this seriously by bringing it to light and making it more acceptable to reach out for help.
Appreciate and thank for sharing to us, but i always live alone since i was 7 years old and I always thought that why they did not need me ? cry and cry, Hmmmm
Finally I found that I got the anxiety🙂dear to all parents and most of relatives please don’t compare your children it not make them better but you making them more depressed and become an overthinking at least finally they will got anxiety or depression
Please take Anxiety more seriously as same as depression because only the anxiety person knew how scary it was, they lived in a box of mirrors every day. #LoveYourself ☘️
First I thought I am the only one on earth who have many unstoppable problems, but now I just realised that it is the nature of life which everyone have to face with different image of issues.
