स्वर, सुर और वाद्य के दुनियाके सभी कलाकारो को दिलसे प्रणाम, मौसीकी और फिल्मी दुनियाके सभी हस्तींयोंको जो आज इस दुनियामे नही है , उन्हे भावाभिनी श्रद्धांजली और विनम्र अभिवादन.. शायर गीतकार, गायक,मौसीकार , फिल्म निर्माता, फिल्म निर्देशक.. कथा लेखक जब एक साथ कोई फिल्म बनाते है ,तो वो एक सर्वश्रेष्ठ कलाकृती बनती है , और लोगोकें दिलोपर एक गहरा असर डालती,और करोडो दिलेमे कायम घर बना लेती है , इसलिये आज भी हम ये गीत सून रहे है , उन सभीको याद कर रहे है कलाकार,शायर , गीतकार, निर्माता, निर्देशक, मौसीकार और अन्य जो फिल्मी दुनियासे जुडे है , वो कभी मरते नही, सदा जिंदा रहते है , वो तो सिर्फ कुदरत के नियमोका पालन करते हुये अपना भौतिक शरीर छोड देते है..... आज जो शो आयोजित किया है , इस शो के सभी गीत बेहतरीन है , चयन सुंदर किया गया, सभी गायक गायिका की प्रस्तुती बढिया थी , वाद्यवृंद कलाकारोने एक उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन किया, सूत्र संचालन का क्या कहने... गितोका पुरा इतिहास संचालन करते हुये जो बताया उससे श्रोताओंका निश्चित ही नॉलेज बढ गया.. एक अच्छी प्रस्तुती के लिये, सिद्धार्थजी और पुनीत जी, आप दोनोका बहोत बहोत शुक्रिया.. आप इस मिशन मे निरंतर आगे बढते रहे, लोगोंका मनोरंजन करते रहे, और सफलता हासील करते है , यही कामना.. 👍🌹🙏... जिस्म को मौत आती है लेकिन,रुह को आती नही...

SADA BAHAR Shanker-Jaikishen were superb in the 50 and 60s. Imagine creating so many immortal tunes, many times all hits in any single film. Their team with Shailendra and Hasrat Jaipuri and assistants Dattaram with Sebastian were tops. They created all these songs from nothing but sheer TALENT. NO WONDER those days are called golden age of HINDI CINEMA. ALL the singers were also unique. Lata ji, Asha ji, Geeta Dutt ji, Suman Kalyaanpur ji with Mukesh ji, Mohd Rafi,Kidhore Kumar ji, Mannadey ji, Talat ji and Hemant Kumar ji.

Yes no doubt that Shardaji is also a talented singer but she joined the SJ team at a very late stage whereas other I.e. Shailender Hasrat Jaipuri Lataji and Rafiji were remained as a part of core team from the beginning of career of SJ.

God, this is unbelievable! For the first time ever, I am seeing (and hearing!) such an accurate and near-perfect reproduction of S-J's super-rich musical scores. The singing and orchestration are spot-on. Everyone on the stage is outdoing the others in reproducing every nuance, every bit in the original accurately!

Thanks to Puneet Ji and Siddarthji Entertainers for this Spectacular Show! All the their songs were by Shankar Jaikishan and it was beautiful.Each one of the Singers has their own potential which makes it even more Stunning. Where& when this concert was held? Taking us to heaven. Such a wonderful performance by everyone Shankar Jaikishan were above all music directors. No one created so many melodies like they did.

I am from Chennai. I am fan of hindi film songs. My first favorite composer is Shankar Jaikishan. I have been listening since 1960. I feel that Shankar Jsikishan is still alive. All singers are excellent. 100 out of 100.

In one word: awesome. didn't even feel it was 3 hours show, went on so interestingly.. (it's a healthy addiction) Concept, direction, great musicians and wonderful singers. please update when Balaji creator is planning a program in Chennai region. Excellent and nostalgic moments for all of music lovers. All the singers and musicians are par excellent. However, l have watched the whole program in one go only and only to watch the highly highly gracious lady and presenter Smt. Mangala Khadilkar for her style of presentation. Without her masterly command over her voice and depth of her knowledge on the subject and on various musical instruments played in this program, this would not have become a treat to my eyes, ears and my soul. Thanks Khadilkar madam for comparing the program in utmost professional as well as heart touching manners with ever ever smiling face. I will definitely see this program again and again.

i enjoy your compering Mangala ji. The only thing is you should have avoided mentioning as to who composed the particular song .... SJ were like one body and one soul and they themselves did not like to reveal this aspect. Contribution of both cannot be denied in each song. Regards

Yes this is music.Music to ear,heart and soul.All time great , genius and legendary music director duo shankar Jaikishan were musicians who have magical touch in their composition.They have redefined the melody unka jadu shir chad kar bolta tha .uss time par shankar Jaikishan ji ka Jalwa sach me aisa hi tha and to corborate my statement let me share some of the compelling factor behind this . actuallyThe main USP of legendary music director duo Shankar Jaikishan was that all songs of their album became instantly hit,this was the rarest of rare virtues any composer could posses but they were blessed by God Grace and this particular film is a great example of it. Another USP was their compositions were so catchy and liked by masses and classes equally.in addition to that be it orchestra arrangements,creation of preludes and Interludes,use of chorus , back ground score,title songs or theme songs shankar Jaikishan were the Trend setters in all respect.shankar Jaikishan were indeed miles ahead of their contemporaries in all the department of music and they proved it time and again.unki baat hi alag thi aur unka andaz bhi juda tha rather in short I must say that the whole team of shankar Jaikishan was simply superb and genius to the core ,the music composers duo were par excellence who said to have devine touch in their composition.

Reg composing of song Raat ki hum safar in An evening in Paris, an anecdoate I read in a news item. That's, Shankar's mother passed away and after performing final rites, Shankar came to recording studio the same evening and composed that song. Shailendra, on sensing Shankar's sad mood, wrote that lyric and many lines were pointing out to Shankar's mom. What a fantastic composition and melodious music. Shankar was a genius yet unassuming. His talents were not properly brought out to limelight. Wonderful composer. I hope the compere of this programme smt. Mangala khadhilkar may comment on this Imagine Shailendra writing the words Raat ke humsafar....its, Shankars mother Phir luteee ja rahi.....its Shankars mother Dekh kar saame.......its Shankars mother Roop ki Roshni........ it's Shankars mother These words were being written when already Shankar was weeping uncontrollably, who lost his 50% of his life after the death of his mother.
