It is a heartily request to the honourable LG Ladakh that our Kargil is neglected since from the beginning our basic needs are not fulfilled yet look out Kargil deeply do interact with the young educated people of Kargil as we all know the corruption level is too much in government departments of Kargil now winter is upcoming and what problems we will face. Our district hospital is not worthwhile. No one is diagnosed when needed even ordinary fever happened we do run towards Leh or Srinagar for medical issues.
