As a former Real Estate guy I get why Trump is so successful ....he loves negotiating and is willing to walk away from a lousy deal. I one time had somebody lowball me after I told them not to come in low and that they had turned down other low offers, also with a really shitty deposit, instead of showing them our bottom line I said lets reject it, the other Realtor called me a "deal breaker", the next week I sold the home for full pop, Trump's doing the same thing and will walk away from shitty deals like Paris and Iran. Trump realizes his first duty is to the American people like a Realtor knows his first duty is to the Buyer or Seller. Go Trump!

Well, they just text my husband, and and told him that VA Loans are now for LIFE, instead of being a one time use. So that was pretty exciting.

Sorry. Property tax is an issue you must take to your local, county or parish government. The Federal government has NO jurisdiction in the states' government
My property tax has become so expensive that I’m going to be forced to move. Twenty years ago my 5 acres cost $500 per year, we built a house on it then it went up to $2500. Then over a 15 year time span it went to $4500. By then Obamacare was enacted and they raised the Medicaid so my state needed more money. I managed to pay off my mortgage and I’m a widow living on a fixed income. My taxes went up to $8500, now I need to pay as much in taxes and insurance as my mortgage payment used to be. Cost of living goes up and after they raise my Medicare premiums I get $50 more per month on SocialSecurity. I’m going under fast and I’m too crippled with arthritis to work.

The American capitalist system is not an ideology, instead it is the best economy system that makes the best for everyone. But because people insists calling it capitalism, so I call it "American capitalism" to distinguish it from the global criminal "Marxist capitalism" which is "made in China” and infecting the whole world right now, so be careful please. People must learn more to understand "American capitalism", but the result can tell a lot. It produces big middle class, small very rich class, and small very poor class (the economy class). And the average gap between rich and poor is also not too much. The American people just want a good job, some opportunity to get rich, and social equality, which they can not get them from socialism, but they can get them from "American capitalism". That is why they love "American capitalism" and hate socialism (and so do I). There is no such thing as democratic socialism because true democracy is anti-ideology and vice versa. But there are two styles of socialism, national socialism and global (Marxist) socialism. National socialism is specific to a nation, good or bad, it does not harm other nations, so I have no problem with it. The evil is Marxist socialism (or communism) which killed more than 100 millions people already. Good points! American capitalism also has various safety nets - some maybe good, some maybe not. But we need to keep our constitutional republic, so that we have the freedom to argue the finer points. Even pure capitalism has safety nets (& the wealth) to provide voluntary help which benefits everyone.
