GREAT day on my electric dirt bike, my sur ron 2022 light bee x! today we rode to the sepulveda dam on the outskirt of los angeles and i found some great trails to test the top speed of my surron, saw a guy on a drz sport bike who made his gf walk while he rode, ran into some mountain bike riders who were very polite, got swarmed by mosquitoes, found some tiny dirt jumps to shred, and tons more stuff happened as well!

The best thing about getting a Surron is experiencing places you didn't know existed all around you simply cause of the new found freedoms to explore. have fun and stay safe! as far as your tire leaks, i would recommend a lil thread locker on the nut for the valve stem cover and making sure its nice and tight so the torque of the rear doesnt twist the tube in the rim.

Hook up with Sur Ronster, another Sur Ron RU-vidr. He can teach you how to wheelie. Plus, he's knowledgeable regarding upgrades. I don't know if you know this but there is a "wheelie" bar assist out there that you can throw on your Sur Ron. I think his Sur Ron does 70mph.

@BeetsbyDwight Sur Ronster's bike also has a huge rear sprocket which helps bring the front end up. I think he's running a 64t sprocket

you are not the only sur ron vlogger or rider that feels like their back tire is going flat! Not sure why this is a problem, most likely the rear suspension is to loose? Who knows eh? Have fun and be safe.....we have the same riding gloves too! love the content.

Great video. Def would love to see some bmx stuff as well if youre feelin it! Also you should use slime. I put a little bit of slime and it sealed up my tube. I couldnt find the puncture at all and it seems like the slime has kept it solid for weeks now.

Santa Clarita has some really good trails and hills everywhere. You can ride from one side to the other using trails. Lots of hills

Had a tire go flat for no reason as well or so I thought. On closer inspection I found that the valve core was slightly loose. Tightened it back up and no more problem.

Hey you should check out the Santa Monica mountains or topanga. One of the trails is hastrian trail . Many trail bikers but it can be quite steep for moderate trail riders.

Hi John sometimes you can get a flat tyre by the edging of the hole where the valve of the tube goes through. Take your bike back to the shop and see if the edges where the tube valve goes through because there could be a sharp edge that could pierce a hole in the valve

I understand that it might be hella boring but what about the LA River? The part that goes to the mountains, the iconic movie part, and even the part that leads to Long Beach lol. In all seriousness, the Marin Headlands north of San Francisco is a spot I recommend since I’m from the Bay Area. Point Reyes is hella nice too.

There is a little digital display on the left side of the handlebars next to the red switch that shows speed, battery etc.. hopefully he’ll get a phone holder for the bars that he can use an app and we can see too.

How long did/does the battery last riding like this? Get some tyre slime for your wheels, it works a treat for most punctures. The bottles they come in normally have a valve removal tool built into the cap or just buy one at the automotive spares shop.

BRO THE SAME TIRE THING JUST HAPPENED TO ME AS WELL. Rode that day, didn’t notice anything that would have likely resulted in a flat but I woke up the next morning to find my rim flat on the ground, took the the shop and they just pumped it up, nothing wrong with it 😂😂

There is sum set up dirt area with jumps in Burbank on university ave and bel air there is a fence that you can go through and if u go up and straight u will see it

what you should get is Slime 10015 Tube Sealant if you get a flat it an easy fix till you can change the inner tube i put some into the tier before it goes flat imho i think it helps avoid getting flats

What kind of pump do you use? I've had some issues with my little rechargeable compressor where it gets really hot and I think it might be damaging the rubber inside of the tube valve. The rear tire on my fat electric mountain bike kept slowly going flat but there was no hole in the tube. I'd pump it up, ride it and it would be fine but a couple days later, flat again.

Make sure to tighten your spokes after every few rides, especially the rear wheel. They loosen up like a dirtbike and need adjusting also loose valve stem will cause a flat tyre.

Dude, I'm NOT lookin forward to mosquitoes this year. I live in a small town outside Toronto (up north) and when I have to water the flowers at night during the summer, I HAVE to use repellent spray (deet) or else I can't even stand it. Black flies suck too. Little shits try to fly into your eyes and ears. I feel your pain brother. Oh and btw, that blood on you when you smack a mosquito IS most likely yours. That's what they do. They suck your blood and if you smack one that's been feeding on you, especially if it's almost finished, it makes a bit of a mess but that's all "Hicks life juice!"

That totally flat tire could have been something as simple as a slightly stuck open tire valve so it just slowly leaked flat and when they tried to pump it back up it unstuck the valve and fixed the problem :)

The bugs are coming towards you due to your highlighter gear. Mosquitos and fly's are attracted to the bright light.
