Great job SD . I remember when I started 2.5 years ago I seen your stack and was like WTF . But now I’m pretty close to what you have there . Only thing I can say is stacking has changed my life . And keep stacking and your stack can look like this too
Well done Baggins! Way to go! Yeah, it's interesting how the stack has changed over the years. Mine is fairly fluid too as I trade between gold and silver as the ratio moves... Flips too. Awesome job on your stack! 👍
I’m horrible at hitting the like up button I like how u remind me to do it early in the video wjen my full attention is on it. I listen to u at work on my phone so I watch/listen full way threw😉
@@AnthonyFrisone Anthony Frisone. The man with the Golden plan and a lot of Awesome Gold coins. My reason for not doing a full stack video. Is just I wouldn't show thousands of people the contents of my safe. For security only.
Considering really leaning into precious metals and diversifying my portfolio. Historically silver decreases in value during a recession so getting ready to start dollar cost averaging. The 2 questions I keep coming back to are: 1. How hard is it to unwind a sizable collection; is there people lining up to buy say 100 oz of silver privately? 2. Where can you safely store this? 1800 oz mentioned in the video would take up SO much space.
Fun video! Thanks for all the effort spreading that out. The sheer bulk of silver really shows doing this. I've done my full stack spread for myself and had serious thoughts of just stacking gold after that. 😜
I have been watching you last year in March when I have started stacking, you have inspired me a lot and for that I would like to thank you, this has definitely changed me as a person for good, and my idea on wealth. I have around 400 oz of silver and about 5oz of gold in a little bit longer than a year, what a journey! Thank you and keep inspiring us SD🔥💪👋
No it bloody doesn’t! Both metals are almost indestructible and will last millions of years buried directly, after all they were created in a supernovae moment… smarten up fucko!
Amazing to see your stack! I'm just getting started in stacking, partly due to your videos! I'd like to see more about the custom pieces you have created (smashers and poured items).
That's so funny! I grab bottles from work every night. In MI. We have A .10 deposit Any way at the end on the month I cash then in. Last month I got 2oz of silver for the bottles I grabbed it the trash! Mark Kinney will tell you!! Lol
Totally awesome! I miss the full stack videos people used to do annually. Great example for other stackers! Thanks for taking the time and making the effort to share all of your hard work with the community. I'm sure it will inspire others to redouble their efforts to stack.
Good job. It's hard to stack 100 oz for us regular folks. I'd consider stacking food now. I mean shoot half the reason I'm stacking is if I gotta barter someday. So might as well get the stuff with fiat while you can.
Not bad for 3.5 years. Your silver gold ratio is way different than mine. I like my ratio. 30 Ag to one Au. Very cool stack. I've been thinking maybe it's time to sell my high premium coins into more easily liquid billion just make it a little easier on my family when I'm gone. Do you think that's a good move right now???🤔🤔🤔
@@cryptoroark314 its just, one would have to invest considerably more in gold than in silver in order to keep that low ratio. Ideally one should focus more on one metal based on the current market price. If the price is above 80-1 buy only silver if it is below 30-1 buy only gold, and if it is in between buy both.
@@rphb5870 Sure, that is one strategy, but it’s just one strategy of many. One does not have to match gold buying with any other asset based on a ratio. Perhaps he wants more gold. One reason can be that gold is less volatile. Your suggested strategy is fine, but individuals can have a wide variety of motivations.
Wow! A super impressive stack for 3.5 years of stacking. Great variety! You've done very well with your precious metals accumulation and this channel especially! Well done sir!!
I got alot of catching up to do. I have a couple of questions. Was alot of your silver just random pick ups or did you set goals and go after specific series? Do you feel you have stacked enough silver yet? What would be a good goal for individuals who are just getting into it? (In ozts) Awesome video by the way.✌🏽🌮✌🏽
I feel like this is a very common question bc i often ask myself the same thing.. started stacking last year and my goal was 100 oz, than 250, than 300, now i have around 850-860oz and my goal is 1000oz... i do believe once i hit 1000oz i will begin stacking gold to diversify
@@NickFromLongIsland I think 1000oz is a perfect goal. I fear when and if I hit that I wont stop lol. Just started stacking last year in August it's very addictive ✌🏽🌮👊🏼
Marvel Comics, rarest coin would be the 2018 Wolverine error coin, no? Not Spiderman! Bro I need a shout out, I am holding 2 and I need to keep the public interest up in this mule!************!!!!-----------SD that is some serious Stacking!!!!----your a young man, you could easliy have a million dollar collection well before retirement.
This is a crazy big stack! Very jealous. Based on my monthly allowance for precious metals or would allow me to acquire your size stack in about 30 years. 😆😆😆
30 years. hmmmmm. I used to teach banjo and students just starting would often say Wow, I wish I could play like you. I'd tell them, you are playing just like me with I was just starting out, and in 30 years, you'll be playing better than me now. Moral, just keep at it.
I think stacking can be summed up nicely by the song "One Piece at a Time". It takes allot of time, patience and dedication to succeed. I started a year ago, and its always been one piece at a time, slowly but surely.
Dude your stack is the bomb! The side hustle tip is what has really helped me get started with some solid stacking. Maybe a vid on ALL of those stamped Guineas showing each one and it's detail. That would be cool. Nice work man, very inspirational! PS Mom ONLY buys the eagles :D But at least she's in!
Really beautiful Silver ~ and I'm glad you have a plan for it all. I'm most envious of your collection of the Perth Mint Swans---I really love the Australian Animals coins.
News flash: it doesn’t matter what form the silver is in, be it Eagles or junk, the dealer will give you something below spot, regardless. Unless you try to sell on EBay, but good luck w that! 😆 Moral of the story is the less premium you pay the better…nice collection though 👍
Nice stack!! Do you insure all that? If so it would be interesting to hear about that and what you do to protect all of your stack. I've been stacking for about 3-4 yrs, and the fear of loosing it all in house fire 🔥 or theft increases and I can only imagine being on your level you must think about that. Safes are definitely needed but will only do so much in house fire and will likely have smoke damage. Keeping in bank safe is even worse so how do you insure all your metals? I dont know a lot about companies out there that offer insurance for precious metals that are reputable. I would think it would be hard to get home insurance to cover such a large stack of money and tough to prove it . Thanks for video!
Wow. The feeling of having them all in front of you must've been great. Thanks for showing us your full stack! Now I'm tempted to show mine as well. Just a little bit hesitant.
VERY nice video. I appreciate the effort and the knowledge shared. I have been collecting and stacking for only about 2 years. I gain a lot of good info from guys like yourself. Thanks again!
Silver dragons, do you keep track of your silver stack on XL spreadsheet. And what do you recommend i or others should do to keep track of our Inventory. Any advice would be great. Thanks
Nice stack! I'm a fairly new stacker from Norway 😀 I started stacking in november 2022. Bought my first American gold Buffalo along with 60 ounces of silver. 2023 has been a great first year when it comes to stacking. I have accumulated 22 ounces of gold bullion, one ounce of platinum and 115 ounces of bullion silver. Looking forward to 2024👍
Wow, that is one impressive stack. That's a stack you should be proud of. Great job on making your stack. Your correct about one think to, it's not really our stack at the end of the day. It's our family's stack.
