All three of the fish are from a long time ago, like prehistoric times. Bowfin first existed around 130 million years ago, Florida/spotted gar existed 65-100 million years ago, and hoopla catfish apparently existed around 12 million years ago. Another similarity is that they have the ability to survive on land for s short amount of time. Bowfin can utilize their swim bladders to intake air, hoplo catfish use their intestines, and gar also use their swim bladder.

Hey I didn’t see any of the goldfish on the website, are the cow pattern ones prices dependent on pattern or is it no big deal like that?

The bowfin live and survive in Wisconsin cold water also. They actually established a good breeding population here.

Best-looking green long-fin Tetra Glo-Fish I've ever seen!... just hope they have better long-term health than the ones I've had. {:( BTW: Let me know if you score some Pink Lady Angelfish (Pink Glo-Fish Angelfish) because as far as I know, only an aquarium in Hawaii has any, and I'd seriously would like to have some... instead of settling for long-fin Tetras. ;)
