For periodization do I just follow the force velocity curve. For example I would work on max strength for 4-6 weeks and then work on strength speed then peak power and so on
Hey John I've been struggling for months with pain just under the knee cap when performing back squats. Any idea on how to solve this? (When I'm doing front squats the pain decreases but still hurts bad when lifting heavy)
i never fully beleived u when u said ur mobility forced u to have weird form... until u were talking about hip rotation with the block foot of a two foot approach jump and wanted to demonstrate what internal rotation was, but physically couldn't. I think showing that clip in a corner might help ppl understand better.or just ignore the idiot haha
