We sold our house and have been full time RV for 4 months. It's pretty cool.

I tell ya... I get numb to RVs. I'm in them all day EVERY day. They start to look the same. But this one stopped me. When I first started recording that interior I was just like "Wow... they really got something special here"

Fair input! To each their own naturally! I think my wife enjoys the king bed because I tend to crowd her out otherwise lol

I have a sleep number bed, it’s easy to pull down away from the headboard so I can put on the fitted sheet. Plus, it’s so light weight, it’s easy to lift the bed for access to storage.

Our team at 800-256-5196 is happy to get measurements on the newly expanded under-storage. It used to be 10ft. They've since opened it greatly.

Perhaps in time, but won't be in the near future. Our parts team is likely the best to assist you there.

This is about as "divided" as these tend to come. Attempts to fully close off the front living room have been tried in the past with very little success. Clients reported feeling like they spent all that money for a bunch of little rooms

When a client sees a number in one place, then a different number when calling in they immediately assume we're playing games with them * Pricing in videos doesn't reflect price drops we may apply * Pricing on our site is always live and current whereas RU-vid tends to "live forever." People often don't look to see how old a video is, so pricing of an RV from a few years ago doesn't help anyone today We publish figures on our site whenever we can & do not do hidden dealer fees. We offer as much transparency as possible. This is the best way we've found to have the most accurate info always available

I don't think you'd regret the dually's payload and stability on one of these. I see SRW's haul them, but I'd be curious to know their specs before recommending it "from the hip"

I would need to see if the sofas are screwed down or free floating. Some brands leave them free. Some don't. I need to check. I THINK the theater is free floating but the hide-a-beds are secured, though you can always open the hide-a-bed to sweep around inside.

You'll find floor vented heating shared among brands like Montana, the larger Cougars, and even brands like Eagle/North Point/Pinnacle from Jayco for the very same reason: They are *vastly* more effective at heating the RV. That's the same reason heat ducting is commonly in the floors of houses. Both Jayco and Keystone actually cold-chamber their models to prove cold camp function rather than merely offer the idea or promise w/no backing. In the case of things like heat ducts off the island you're relying on a single 4" flex-tube (which is cut down to a pair of 2" ducts) to heat an entire dual super slide living room (or larger). I have pictures I could provide you of customers with ice in their cabinetry above their seating who found out the hard way that heating system doesn't perform as advertised if you'd like them. I've flagged this thread to hold your response if you'd like to drop your contact info to receive them. Regarding the half-bath: That level of modification is N/A, but they do make that "Butler Pantry" model now for those not seeing 1/2 bath

I guess the old, throw a rug over them floor vents to keep dirt out of them trick, will have to do.. Thanks again

@@JoshtheRVNerd I have seen different versions of the FL RV and I have seen one version where that hutch wasn't to ceiling but was close to the ceiling and I have been trying to find it again by looking through all the videos I didn't see it through you but I keep watching your videos find it but you haven't seem to have any I saw it through someone else's RU-vid videos because I wanted to see all versions of the FL RV to figure out what I really want with the RV since it's my favorite and I saw one where it didn't go all the way to the ceiling but was probably 14 inches from the ceiling

@@rachelhaase6553 Different companies will handle it differently. Montana does it as seen here w/o exception Jayco does something similar with a flip-flopped living room that puts the sofa in the nose and TVs (one facing each way) at that "hutch" wall -- might be the ticket you're looking for

@@JoshtheRVNerd I understand that but Montana has some good options too I just would love to see different options too for the FL and in the end I may end up going after Montana because my cat isn't my decision maker I just hoped to prevent some of his hyperness/craziness I don't have a problem with his hyperness alone just the craziness I think can be prevented in some situations but in the end when I do make my final decision I may end up going for Montana because it seems to be the best RV from everything I understand and if all else fails it can be fixed aftermarket if he does become too much a problem because I have never cared overall the difference because I love all the FL RV no matter how different they are because they all have what I'm looking for in an RV overall with the amount of storage I'm still holding off because of a private situation that I don't want on the internet but when I can I will but hopefully will be able to get something in 6 months tops if things go well for what I'm trying to fix to get to that point for an RV

Thx for the input. A little info as to why there aren't prices listed: MFG'ing invoicing changes significantly and frequently due to things like parts supplier changes & seasonal discounts. Additionally, burning a price into a video will not reflect any price drops we may apply to our inventory. Also, folks tend not to realize the age of a video posted. Seeing the price something was 3 years ago doesn't provide any benefit for an RV today. So for current pricing we leave a link to the RV on our website where we have pricing published as soon as I have it available to me.
