Welcome to Disney Cruise Line's private island in the Bahamas, Castaway Cay. There are a lot of tips you must know on a Disney Cruise! So join us as we take you on a full video tour of Castaway Cay along with hacks and must-know tips for Disney's private island. It's such a beautiful island with so many places to chill and explore. We even compare it with Royal Caribbean's Perfect Day at Coco Cay - how does it compare?
We try the yummy BBQ food then end our cruise in Animators Palate for our final meal onboard the Disney Fantasy. We also get to try the incredible aquaduck and pools onboard the ship. Finally, we go through the debarkation process and how the tips/gratuities work on a Disney cruise ship, as it differs from some other cruise lines.

As a full time wheelchair user I am loving the info and advice that you guys are now stating to include regarding disabled cruisers as it is really refreshing. I have been a big fan of your channel for quiet some time now and the inclusion of this kind of info means that I can now make informed choices about my travel choice. I hope this becomes something that other travel bloggers start to include. Thank you for being really inclusive.

As a family we've cruised twice on the Fantasy and the wheelchair accessible rooms are very well equipped. Our daughter was disabled and we did all her care. The room and the bath was well laid out for turning circle. Definitely recommend the rooms for those in chairs

My family and I were there in 2007 and the actual pirates of the Caribbean ship was anchored there. They also had a jack sparrow dressed up staggering around and you could get pictures with him. Great memories!

My wife and I have done two Disney Cruises: our honeymoon in 2012 on the Disney Fantasy, and 10 years later for her 34th birthday on the Disney Wish. Both times we stopped at Castaway Cay, and it's definitely the highlight of the cruise! Watching this just brings back great memories, hoping we can do another cruise in the near future!

Our very first cruise we ever went on was on the Disney Dream. We did the 5k and it is still one of my absolute favorite memories from a cruise ever. Great way to see the island! You also don’t need to be a runner to do it. Plenty of people walked it with their kids. The medals are super cute, too! One of my favorite race medals I’ve ever gotten! Hope to do it again sometime in the future. :)

The 5k is DIY on every sailing, we did it on May 3rd, just let the bike rentals hut know that you’re doing it and they give you your medal when you’ve completed it 🥇🥇🥇

Castaway Cay remains one of my fav destinations. Ultimate getaway. I’ve done several cruises where we stopped at Castaway twice. Was watching this video researching for a potential trip on the Fantasy to Bermuda this September and wanted to see how Castaway has changed since our last visit.

Great video. Their private island is really nice (especially that adult section). Last time we were there, we saw a bunch of sting rays, craps, sea urchins, and a turtle over there. I agree, those dinners are excellent and so much fun.

My first time on Castaway it rained all day and was cold 😢. Instead of towels we were all given rain ponchos 😂. I will say a rainy day on Castaway is still better than any day back home!! I get my second chance at it in 18 days on our 8 night Bermuda on the Fantasy 🤞🏼

We were on a Disney Cruise in February and it was beautiful. It was so empty and people had cancelled so we were able to book a Cabana in Serenity Bay. It was so amazing and so worth it. It was $442 for the day. Your Amber joke 👍 The buffet in Serenity Bay has steak. And whenever you want to go back to the ship you press a button and a CM in a golf cart will pick you up and drive you back.

Brilliant review Ben & David you’re our favourite channel. We found someone’s suitcase under our bed on one cruise. Also on the Carnival Pride we found a dried bogey on our complimentary dressing gown. Sorry that you found someone’s crusty bloomers. Also, the dust was unacceptable and you were quite right to complain. We also agree that deck 8 looks vile….placing seats right outside is a ludicrous idea. Love you, Ben and David xxx

I think there’s just so much to do on Coco Cay that it’s hard to relax. Castaway is all for relaxation but just enough to keep the kids entertained without sacrificing the serenity of the beaches.
