New to your channel, love love love what you do. Both the way you handle dogs but also how you manage to explain and convey your scope and "mindset". YES! :-)
I have learned a lot with this video. I’m so blessed I found it just in time. My BC is 4 months and honestly I had made a lot of mistakes with him. We wanted him to be a confidence dog but the way we were doing it was not the best way for him. He has become more fearful, anxious overtime. I’ll take you advice! Thanks you so much for sharing your knowledge.
I think it would be very interesting to see the beginning of training a extremely fearful dog. I rescued a dog who was so scared of everything he wouldn’t even walk through a door. What do you do to create that first opening to connect?
Good stuff Method K9 however from what I/we are seeing in this video I see hardly any fear at all. One other member posted she'd love to see how you even got this pup to this point, as would I. I have been working with a HIGHLY fearful dog..a Pittie mix with multiple scars on her head. She clutches to the floor when I come to see her and I feel as tho there is no training....just maintaining. ... helping her to see that its just okay. But honestly, she won't even let me try this sometimes. As said...HIGHLY fearful. So much more to this story but wondering what you might have for me here.
Wow this is my dog. She’s a standard poodle Aussie mix and exactly like that and thankfully still a puppy. So much fun around us but scared to death outside. Is there a way to follow this one dog’s progression?
