This is some surreal shit. Imagine being imprisoned or shot, for not crying hard enough, or not applauding loudly enough. Meanwhile these kids are amazing in their own right.
@@user-qn1ew3xz3sat least people can protest in usa ,and the imperialist nation usa doesnt use guns to disperse protesters, you can see how badly gaza supporters protest in usa, but in DPRK, if anyone move his or hers finger against this fat man, next day or within seconds he will be dead. Same as in Russia. In Russia people die fall from window side accidently, fall into pool accidently, this is what communism offers
As a tourist in North Korea in 2008, we visited this building... when we visited a classroom that had about 10 new Yamaha pianos, and one grand Yamaha piano, I asked, via our security interpreter if I could play a short piece on the piano for the children in the classroom (I'm a reasonably accomplished pianist). I did, and I remember their lady piano instructor gave me the look of horror and hatred, as if to say "you think you're better than us". I played a romantic type popular song, very different from what they hear and learn, which is just kind of nonsense propaganda songs honoring, at that time, the Dear Leader. Their teacher didn't say a single word to me. I did notice the kids were really interested to hear a different kind of music than what they were used to. Shortly after, we saw a performance of the children in that big theater, and they were highly talented musicians and performers.
I can't believe I randomly found this comment. I play piano as well and always wondered what would happen if I went to North Korea and played in front of a classroom full of North Koreans. Now I know...
@@yoominji. like... i know that north korea isn't the best place... but you have any source? any leaked thing to prove that's real? or you are just supposing?
Согласен. Это пережитки холодной войны. Как по мне корея должна быть единой. Темболее население северной кореи падает и ей гразит вымирание иза голода. Привет из России

All I see is a leader of a nation showing some genuine love and affection to children (some aged similar to his daughter). How is Biden sniffing on specifically GIRLS (incl infants) okay and this is not???
The little girl in green was emotional at 3:32 not because of the festivities, but because she is scared in general. The reason they are so talented is they were probably starved if they were not perfect.
Powerful countries stay calm and relax while people in this country suffer. The world is so neglected and just say you are doing wrong. No offend just describe my thought.😢
Як шкода тих дітей, у них на обличчях немає ні краплини радості! Хочуть ніби сміятися, а виходить що плачуть. Яка велика ціна їхнього життя, прожити і нічого доброго не побачити.
First I don't see anything funny about it, but only sadness, and second go read a book like The Aquariums of Pyongyang Ten Years in North Korean Gulag, Nothing to Envy Ordinary lives in North Korea or Escape from Camp 14, you then see how depressing and heartbreaking the reality is in North Korea, and most truly do revere him and especially his grandfather Kim il Sung as or almost as a walking God due to share of propaganda the state pumps in every facet of NK life. I would say as someone whose relatives lived under Stalin and some where deported to Gulags and died there, North Korea is much hellish place than Stalinist Soviet Union.
Just imagine the fear, if you don't smile or clap, your life ends, i'm shaking of fear right now, poor kids, they don't deserve that, no one deserves that.
damn the girl with no hat tried so hard to be on the good side of him. When they ran towards Kim Jong Un, it was supposed to be the little boy who grabbed his arm, but the little girl pushed the little boy's hand away
What gets me is, he grew up in Austria, went skiing with friends, drank, did what we consider normal things, until he was recalled back to Korea for all this... he must secretly have a heart and miss the old times. But I think there's a higher hand at play so he needs to be that "supreme leader" character. My dad always told me. "The real players, you'll never see. Only their puppets"
Those kids probably practiced making those same paintings over and over again for months, if not years, all preparing for this moment. Crazy to imagine.
You would think that the kids would have practiced MONTHS ahead of this event by paining the same picture over and over again You haven't figured out that this is all staged and preplanned? 🤨🤦🏻♂️🤦♂️🙄
That's literally child abuse. Those kids have no idea what's going on in the world and how restricted and brainwashed they are. It's honestly sad. 대한민국.... 만세~~~!
I dread to think if one of those kids messed up in there performance , danced wrong, tripped over, played an instrument out of tune?? Who would get punished? The teachers or the kids and there family or both?
I noticed that too. Just one of many grand entrances where his people clap FOREVER.. Seemed like he wanted to say: "Let's just sit the fuck down and let the kids do their shit. I don't want to be here any longer than the next person...." 🤝 🤨🤔😂🤣😂
What I like about Kim Jong Un leadership is that he applies high discipline in society. Internet restrictions and other things are actually intended for the mental good of children and society
When your family is starved and your parents have to work to death to support you and a single word can bring death to your family, I doubt in that environment, children will be mentally healthy.
These kids are likely the children of the upper tier of society, the elites and their children/grandchildren. I doubt Kim would visit a school in the country side where the infrastructure is falling apart and the kids are famished...
