This DA is putting himself squarely into the ring of a cover up. He's trying the case outside of the courtroom himself by way of this public statement. The only thing he says that makes perfect sense is "This is a false narrative". Yes, that's exactly what you sound like.

The ER doctor wasn't told that John O'Keefe was hit by a vehicle and the EMTs didn't think or say he was. Brian Albert and Brian Higgins both destroyed their phones after agreeing to it. They did it during the temporary preservation order, not after the motion was denied. As for Trooper Proctor. We know he had a relationship with pretty much all of them. Lally will not be calling him as a witness, to think the CW isn't calling the lead investigator is scary. 99 out of 100 times the lead investigator is called 1st. The other 1 time it's the person who was directly below them. Canton police do not know how to process a crime scene, they used red solo cups and a stop n shop bag. That bag of 6 solo cups was next to Karen Reads vehicle in the Sallyport of the Canton police. They didn't preserve the crime scene and allowed multiple people to walk on it. Chief Berkowitz found taillight pieces after the MSP investigators left. One area where they cleaned the berm off and have pics of the morning of the murder. Shows no red taillight pieces but the Chief found one in that exact same spot. Everyone drinks and drives but they're getting away with it but they're going after Karen Read. Alberts allowed underage kids to drink in their home that night on top of letting them leave after the fact. We're at 15 or so butt dials, multiple missing videos. Yesterday the Canton IT guy was shown a disc by ADA Lally that Proctor entered as the disc the guy gave him. But it wasn't the original disc and Proctor waited till after 30 days to ask for the video footage again. Knowing it gets automatically deleted after 30 days. The McAlberts had a group text where they discussed the case. Even telling people, "Tell them the guy wasn't in the house." So people didn't think John was in the house. This was only 2 or 3 days later and John all of a sudden was a guy. Jen controlled the narrative with Brian. Kerry Roberts didn't know the McCabes but was in their home while they ate dinner for one interview. Jen was with her for the other in person interview with Proctor. It's all a big disgusting cover-up.
As of today we know that Trooper Proctor certainly did have close relationships with the parties concerned. So this DA was putting out information that was false. If this was unknowingly false I believe this entire biased statement should be actionable.
I heard Attorney Bedelow say he most likely has a black book holding all the deeds he ever did and someone will owe him to save themselves. I'm willing to stake my name this will lead to trafficking and grooming. Okeefe was also assigned to sex offender registering list enforcement.
How can a DA state that O'Keefe did not enter the home, does he have any evidence NO. He mentioned the Phone, and the phone actually shows that he took 27 steps after getting out of Karens car, it also shows that he travelled between 2 floors. How did he do that outside the house? This man is a liar.

DA said: "11 people said J.O. did not enter the home." Well, the same 11 people or so plus the plow truck driver said there was NO BODY on the front lawn of Brian Albert's house between midnight up to the time he was seen by Jennifer McCabe, Karen Read and the other woman who was with them.
They didn't see the body. They weren't looking for it, and by the time the plow guy drove by, John was covered with a dusting of snow. Is that so hard to believe?

Well, you need to talk to those ELEVEN people again. Look at the text message stating that they would SAY JO “didn’t go inside” to which Jen said “exactly”. They should be suspects. Look at the evidence. People are speaking up. It’s only considered “harrassment” to those who are guilty of hiding evidence. I’ve never seen a DA do a video instead of an official public relations news release of a high profile court case stemming from his office. He seems lazy, dull witted, and partisan in my opinion.
