Watch as the first man who broke the sound barrier, General Chuck Yeager, is on stage with Brigadier General Robert Cardenas and others who have achieved supersonic speed celebrate 70 years of Air Force innovation.

I was active Crew Chief of the former T-Bird F-4 Phantoms 80-81 and was Honored to "Launch" General Yeager,,, after strapping in I asked IF I could take his Diawa Fishing lure Ball Cap,,, and he replied "Na Chief,,, I'll just set it down right here",,, I had two stripes,,, who was I to mention proper Protocol,,,LOL,,, Then I also was end of runway when Columbia Landed for the first Time,,,
