Actually, I don't provide jewelry casting knowledge for free, and I also don't earn income from RU-vid. But it doesn't matter, I will try to help you..
Yes, you can use a temperature of 730 degrees Celsius 1. All flasks use the same time and temperature, even though the flask is small, the time in the furnace can be around 5 hours..
1:20 Right, the original is a masterpiece of jewelry handicraft. It's about meeting the taste of what people buy. This requires a lot of preparatory work. For example, women only want more delicate jewelry. Only a tiny fraction can afford big gold clunkers.
hello friend, okay I will tell you. The furnace temperature is around () Celsius, and for the silver temperature you must of course exceed the melting point of silver. You're welcome...😊

Hello brother I want to know the temperature of burnout furnace cycle so you can tell me about it .. Hello sir, I know the temperature about it but I am little confuse related temperature cycle. My question , 1) Which flask is 5 hours cycle for ? 2) Which flask is 8 hours cycle for ? 3) which flask is 12 hours cycle for ? Do they depends on flask size ? 4) Do we have to reduce temperature from 730 degree Celsius into 371 degrees- 482 degree Celsius ? 5) Do we have to reduce temperature through burnout furnace' digital meter before casting , when flask is in the burnout furnace before 1 - 2 hours ago ? Please....please explain me I'm little confuse 😢😢😢
If the power goes out for a moment, you don't need to repeat it, just continue the remaining time needed. And most importantly, don't take your cylinder out of the oven because it will damage the contents of the cylinder, due to the sudden change in temperature.
Good video ! I cannot understand why the gems did not frost under such a high-temperatured kiln ( oven ) ! When casting Gem in place goods , the temperature o've the kiln must not exceed 900 Fahrenheit or 482 celsius ! A burnout cycle can take up to three days in the kiln or until the dark hue leaves the pouring entrance o've the flask ! Whether gem in place or not, NEVER QUENCH ! Flask should be allowed to cool down to the touch and placed in a bucket o've water where it will soften several hours later . With the aid o've a crew driver or a T-shaped awl , a technician can carve out the sludge from the flask followed by a simple water hose or under the sink common household sprayer rinse . JUJURLAH ! Semoga Tuhan Yehuwa terus memberi anda pemahaman !

Hello Can I ask one question for you ? the question is that Can you leave the wax pot on the night switched on ? because I read wax read shutdown process ? I am wrong or Right ?
OK, sir, I will answer: it's best to turn off the wax pot when not in use/at night according to the instructions for use, I did this to save electricity and so that the candle pot doesn't get hot all the time..
you made a great insightful video. I would be glad if you rate our work. I also make jewelry. For example, in one of the videos, I made gold earrings out of ordinary coffee beans.

Hello sir I am very dedicated person about jewellery casting I find pits and porosity in my casting after polish why this defect appears.....your castings are awesome sir .......can u tell me what is the flask temperature and casting temparature
Holes and porosity can occur because there are bubbles in the wax when you inject it into the mold, check your wax. For casting temperatures of around 700 degrees, more or less is not a problem, and for flask temperatures of course it can be below that, down to around 50/100 degree doesn't matter
if you look at the product LABEL then you will read 'KerrCasting 2000'. If you Google to research KerrCasting 2000, you will find out that it is investment powder for casting. It is very dangerous (carcinogen, use google to look that up) and should be used with a mask.
