What's really crazy is, rather than Hamas leadership promising them apartments and money in exchange for their souls, Hamas could have just stopped stealing the millions of dollars of aid going into Gaza. Rather than spending that money on terror tunnels and weapons, that money could have been used to build up the Gaza infrastructure, hospitals, schools, apartment buildings, new businesses, etc.
