Tu tem sempre que lembrar que teu filho só tem a ti pra cuidar dele então tu tem que cuidar muito bem da tua saúde!!! Comer alimentos nutritivos,e sempre carregar garrafa com água pra te manter hidratada durante o trabalho e hidratar o bebê!!!

Menina vc precisa escolher um horário mais fresco. Vc é sua filha correm risco de passar mal e ninguém ver. Pense que a bebê fica presa nesse tecido abafado recebendo todo o sol. Parece uma sauna. Leve água pra beber ,é importante se hidratar. Gosto muito de vcs. Se cuide ,por favor!

Пожалуйста,сделайте какую-то перегородку из бамбука,чтобы защитить своего ребенка. Hi Ly, we have mountain snails here in America in the Great Rocky mountains which is located in the northern states. I have a question do they have some kind of boot like a work boot that is water proof? I know there are rain boots and I know the work boots aren't cheap but it's safer and better on your feet just looking out for your safety. Tieu Hong is so adorable!. Ly, heat stroke can kill you. Please be more careful and always carry water with you and stay hydrated!! Dehydration can also damage your kidneys. Please wear lightweight cotton shirts in that heat rather than flannel, or take off flannel shirt when you feel hot. Your child needs you to stay safe and healthy. And we care about you too!

We have snails in the Phil’s, but they are in the provinces. My sister who has house in Laguna, they’re picking up in the mountain. Do you not have banks there? It is better for you to hide your money in the bank (that’s your future). You don’t need to go there everyday, once in a while, & regardless how much you to put in there. Maybe in your bank, they will allow less VN100. It is safe to put your money in the bank, NOT JUST IN ANYWHRE (house).

Eu fico observando como as mães mesmo vivendo nestes locais difíceis, não usam um chapéu de palha na cabeça e NÃO levam uma garrafa de água para beber e se hidratar neste tempo quente. Adoecem por vacilar com a saúde.todis os dias, já que sempre estão nas plantações, florestas... Não é falta de dinheiro , falta juízo e cuidado com a saúde. Este povo não bebe água, não faz uma higiene direito, nem se alimenta . Muito triste se acostumar com esta vida.

Concordo, um calor grande sem uma boa idratação c liquidos, não tem como não passar mal tendo uma insolação. Sou do sul do pará, moro em Santarém, chove algumas vezes, mas aq é bem quente e bebo bastante água e oriento os de casa a tomar tbm. Brasil se sensibilisa c a luta de vcs mãe solteiras q ralam muito p criar seus filhos❤
