Our efficient production facility supports three branches of the Bensonwood brand, producing insulated roof and wall panels for Unity Homes, Tektoniks, and OpenHome. Our machines are incredibly precise and help us produce the highest quality homes for our clients!

This largely depends on if you choose an Express, Streamlined, or Personalized design path. Choosing an Express design with no changes can be a quick process of around 6 months or so. With the Streamlined or Personalized options that can add to the timeline; each project is unique and there are many factors that play into how long each build takes.

We often ask ourselves the same thing! High performance, off-site construction has so many benefits, including cost and time predictability for the homeowner and quick instillation of the shell of the home.
