Monday - Medium Long Run (8 miles)
Tuesday - Upper Body Lift
Wednesday - Speed Workout (7 miles) + Lower Body Lift
Thursday - 3 mile Recovery Run + Full Body/Mobility
Friday - Rest Day but had Zilker Relays
Saturday - 20 mile Long Run with Pace Work
Sunday - 5 mile Recovery Run
