FULL WEEKEND OF TRIATHLON TRAINING - half-ironman winter training starts now 

’Tis the season for some winter triathlon base building-and we had a weekend full of it. We’ve been taking to the trails more, been getting motivation from our NBA Masters swim crew, and getting vert (on both trails and road) any chance we get. And yes, when we say “winter”…we know we’re spoiled. Winter in CA is mild, and more often than not, it’s chilly but still nice for outdoor rides and trail runs that we never take for granted. Mostly, we’re enjoying every second of this life that we get to live, and making the most of the beautiful place we call home.
