TikTok’s vital couple who posted about living in a storage unit is anything but transparent. Leland Brown Jr. and Brianna Hubbard made the decision to move out of their parents homes, not work a job, and post videos in hopes of becoming famous. In their original posts, the couple came off as sincere, if not somewhat ignorant that posting about living in a storage unit could get them caught.
However, as people began to ask questions about getting work and getting an apartment, the two became increasing frustrated and leaked pieces of their story that people began pricing together. In all, their initial videos would rake in over $6,000 in views, nearly $4,000 via GoFundMe, and an undisclosed amount of private donations via PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp.
