What the show doesn’t adapt during the Kimblee/Winry dialogue is that Kimblee was there to murder her parents as Ishvalan sympathizers - Scar just happened to go berserk before he got there. Nothing he said was a lie, either - he truly respected their drive to help others.

Those blonde ladies with the curls are the remaining Armstrong sisters: Strongine and Amue, who are younger than Olivier but older than Alex and the youngest child Catherine, who although not muscular like the rest is still capable of one handedly lifting a grand piano 😂😂

The scene when Hawkeye discovered that Selim is Pride was VERY terrifying. Like omg he's so creepy. Poor Hawkeye, i literally can feel her fear when watching this episode 😔 But then the interaction between her and Mustang was actually wholesome. That made everything feel a little less scary

If my memory is correct, I believe the Elric's and Yoki had more of an interaction earlier on in the Manga, but Blood Brothers really didn't touch it early on, so they had to play catchup here.

Obviously I don't condone child abuse but if someone wanted to throw Selim/Pride off a cliff I would definitely look the other way lmao

Episode 37 is one of the best thanks to the revelation about Selim being a homunculus. It was just epic, I bet no one saw it coming because he shows himself as an inocent boy all time 🤪. Now, regarding what Kimblee told to Winry about the respect he had to her parents, was actually true. Kimblee respects everyone who stands firm and faithful to his principles and convictions and that is why he is one of my favorite antagonists in the series and in general. About chapter 38, I don't have much to say, it was hilarious af, the reunion of May with the brothers in and the battle with the chimeras, I loved it 😂😂😂😂 Btw, the Yoki thing is canon, it actually happens in the manga but they didn't adress it that much because they didn't think it was relevant for the plot but you can watch the whole story in the first version of the anime (2003 Fullmetal Alchemist), specifically in episode 9 if I'm not mistaken. Yoki's backstory with Ed and Al was elaborated further in the 2003 anime. It's part of the 'filler' content that was cut from the earlier parts of Brotherhood in order to get to the new content faster.

1:30 the interesting thing is, in the Manga he was ordered to kill them. but came to late, BUT it was clear he admired them honestly for there decition to stay, and help as Doctors. It wouldnt have saved them, but he wasnt lying whit the things he told her. 23:55 Winry is such a gigantic Badass.

I know Ed and Al don't want to use the philosopher's stone, but we saw that in the fake truth (Gluttony's stomach) that they are essentially suffering and I think even May Chang sensed that when she & Scar met "Father", so isn't using the stone and depleting it's power kinda like freeing them (the souls)?

Re: The eyes in the dark & the Truth (avoiding spoilers as best I can) They're not really the same eyes, the Truth/gateway eye is unblinking, creepy & bulging, while the ones in the tunnel menacing & appear flat.

Fun fact: in the manga kimblee was actually sent to kill winry's parents not save them

there was a massive foreshadowing to selim being a homanculus at one of the early ep he was doing a school report about his role model and told bradly i want to grow up and be a state alchemist and help you dady then bradly replied maybe one day i will use your help

first time watching I never saw this coming and I LOVE that aspect of it, the utter and complete shock everyone has at little Salim being the single most deadly Homunculus ever is freaking amazing
