xfireserge123 well, i watch it whole always when i feel i miss it too much and i forgot some things about this show. Never gets boring though, it's my #1 anime from the beginning (something like my second anime ever) and i don't think it's ever going to change.
Feels sad almost looking at all these comments from 8 or 7 years ago knowing that most people in this comment section have all graduated high school and they started their lives in the real world knowing that they will never forgot this wonderful show
Well then i guess i concider myself lucky to be brought up in the coutryside then becuase when i had to go to the college which was on the other side of bristol (i live in the uk just to point out) i had to catch a train very earlie in the moring and as i look out of the window i see fields for miles and miles and sometimes even pass small villages similar to mine 😁

This song is so sad for so many reasons mainly it being the second to last song of the series; reminds me that Brotherhood is no more when hearing this - the Journeys End.
This has the same effect as "Brothers" on me! Every time I hear it, I just want to shut myself in, and do marathon of the entire series all over again!

But maybe you meant that "if there where...then it is realistic". Well anyway, just go wath Shiki and Hybrid Child, those are truly amazing ^^ (Shiki is realistic if I say that vampires and werewolfs exist...(THAT'S NOT A TWILIGHT-LIKE) :/)

This reminds me life, when I was small and we lived in village, and also we doing with friends shelters and other things, and we also had garden when we just doing campfire and looking on stars with brother,mum and dad. It was really nice old times! 👍🌠😁
I had finished rewatching an episode of fmab about a week ago, and I started humming this song. But then.., all of a sudden my mind went blank and forgot how the melody of the song went.! So I searched and searched, listening to each soundtrack, to see if one would spark something in my memory. And finally.. I had found the right one.. 😭😓
i’ve never had such a strong emotional response to a song as when i listen to the fma soundtrack. this show just gets me in a place not a lot of other music and media can. fuck.
I love that this is Resembool's theme. in an RPG Resembool would be the starting village or town, and this theme is very "Starting Town" sounding. Like I hear it and I can't help thinking about... Oakvale from Fable, for just one example.
Reading gantz whilst listening to this, got more interested in the music cuz it's fucking awesome and brings back so many memories, sometimes i wish i could forget that i ever watch this anime just to watch it again and relive all the feelings.
Only thing I don't like about fmab is the chimeras. Nina is done beautifully showing the horrible and dark side of alchemy but then half way through the show they add new weird chimeras with a human build and different abilities which kinda took some of the matureness out of the show as they went back on what chimeras originally symbolised and made them some humanoid characters you'd find in a children's cartoon. Also their abilities were a bit weird and childish as well.
I used to listen to this on the way home from work on a motorbike, feeling the summer breeze, looking at the red clouds in the vast sunset, just after a lovely cigarette. I had been hospitalised for 4 days that same summer due to falling off the thing...but listening to this, I can honestly say it was the most beautiful summer I've had in years.
Oh god. This is just too good. This piece easily surpasses anything else that I've listened to this week. So many emotions. yet graceful. Almost sad, but not quite there. Almost hopeful, but not really. Amazing.
I don't know but this song reminded me of General Hughes death. He was only in the show for a couple of the first episodes but somehow he became my favorite character and I couldn't stop bawling like a baby when he died, and Oh my gosh the part with the daughter just made me cry even more. Lets give a tribute to Hughes the character who ended up becoming our favorite after only appearing a couple times.
FMA and it's OST have a special place in my heart. Both FMA and FMAB were the first animes I got my friends to watch and therefore the first ones I ever bonded with someone over. We were all around 4th-5th grade when we first saw the series, and we talked about it nonstop at summer camp every day. Being 5th graders, we'd do silly kid stuff like pretending to be the characters and having parties on October 3rd and all sorts of other things, even including going to each other's houses and binge watching the series together. That period of FMA obsession lasted about two years before I had to move to a different school than the ones my friends went to. I'm now going into 9th grade, and although the friends I used to talk for hours on end with and I have drifted apart, this song in particular reminds me of those great two years. I deeply miss the friends who I introduced to the show, but, as Brotherhood's narrator said, "There is no such thing as an absolute and final ending, for it is always followed by a new beginning."
My very first anime, appearently nothing compares to it, not that I want to watch something as a replacement. I just finished it and I can't get over it therefore I can't sleep, it's 5 am. Emotional rollercoaster, lots of existential and ethical questions on my mind. Well, I guess only thing I can do right now is listening to OST while sobbing inside.
