such a good fucking album. idgaf what they are about. Purely sound and expression, comes across. A song as a war standard. As a feel. I wish people could disagree and still hear. still listen.
@@real-cr3qo This is just my personal opinion. What you get from the media you consume is entirely subjective. To me, the drum machines add an almost industrial feel to it, and a certain off quality to it that could not be imitated by an actual drum set. I believe that if I heard this exact recording with a live drummer, I wouldn't enjoy it as much.
@@enemyofvirtue that is fair, I understand but I don't agree. I feel like they could've gotten a very raw and atmospheric sounding drum sound even better with real drums as imperfections humans make, and different peaks etc and ofcourse that it makes it more real. But as u said, it's an opinion and I'm not gonna tell you that you are wrong. Its a great record that I sadly have trouble enjoying as much because of the drums annoy me.
